I always come to this Jack because it is closest to my house. For the past 4 or 5 times that I have gone they always forget an item of mine. I’ve had to come home and go back to their location because they forgot something. Staff needs to be retrained as this isn’t just a one time thing. Highly suggest check your bags before leaving this location!

I recently purchased a 5pc Chicken Nuggets for $2.29. Once I opened the bag and took a bite I noticed the chicken cold in the center. I was already driving on the freeway so I was unable to return to the location. I tried calling restaurant but the phone line goes directly to voicemail. Went in for a meat lovers breakfast burrito combo with orange juice, need my vitamin C. The service was quick. When I got to the window, the gentlemen took my credit card and handed me my orange juice and meal back. Then he gave me my credit card back, but forgot to give me my receipt. Is that a free lunch? For no receipt! When I got to work and started eating my breakfast, the potato, taste just like used oil. MEN, when was the last time u change the frying oil? It suppose to be fresh every day. Please take care of that for the good of the customers. The meat lovers burrito was good, good job to the person who prepare the the burrito Big High 5 to that person. Again don’t know that person because He didn’t give me my receipt.. So please refund my money back to my credit card and get rid of the old used frying oil.. Buy one order load tiny tacos at drive thru order 174 and get plain load tiny tacos. I called on the phone and they made me come back and they didn’t give me anything because I wasn’t wearing the tacos. Gasoline expense for nothing and also the guy who served me was very rude and told me until I brought the tacos. I am very upset by their attitude and way of solving their mistake, all for not paying attention to their work.
