Absolutely shitty, my 13 year old brother went into the restaurant with my sister to order my entire family’s food as normal and the cashier enticed the wrong amount and when he simply told her when he got the food she said and I quote,”damn you need to go on a diet” to a thirteen year old??? Are you out of you’re mind worst customer experience minus the sweet old lady and other workers! Negative service stars.

Excellent choice for breakfast. This place would get 5 stars but it’s always about a 30 minute wait for food even after ordering ahead on their mobile app. I highly recommend Wendy’s French toast sticks. They are my new favorite French toast sticks out of anywhere. Just like I make at home. Bit of a warning though….any Wendy’s you order French toast sticks at will not give you syrup unless you ask in my experience. So unless you want to get home and not be able to enjoy them check your bag before you leave

It’s very hit or miss. This last time I went I got a chicken sandwich that must’ve been sitting out since lunch. It was awful. Chewy and nasty. The newest fad must be to be like McDonald’s too. Their frosty machine is never working anymore. Sadly my daughter always wants Wendy’s and they’ve disappointed every time.

I really do like this Wendy’s. The young lady who works the register and takes the orders is really sweet but today there was a young lady working the drive thru I believe and she was talking on the phone the entire time while I was eating. About 15m. I’d say. On speaker phone with a male who said a few curse words himself. She was pretty loud I kept turning around wondering to myself “is that an employee?” And yep sure was. I mean is this aloud? I have never worked anywhere where we we’re aloud to talk on the phone, on SPEAKER! For the customers to hear and all the other employees. I mean is there no management?? This just hit a nerve for me. So UNPROFESSIONAL! and I had to sit here and listen to her loud babbling with her man while I ate my meal. Pretty annoying I must say.
