It’s a nice spot for being in the middle of nowhere but I will say the bathroom stinks sanitize it sanitize it sanitize it make sure that sanitizer solution is mixed properly it doesn’t smell like it’s clean it smells dirty so whoever’s in there sweeping or whatever is not sanitizing sanitize the bathroom please throw the garbages more often besides that you’re doing a good job keep up the great work

The staff at this location is so polite and friendly they took great care of us. The manager Patty was super nice and accommodating. This is a great example of how a jack in the box should be run. Will visit again.

It is incredible that almost every day at 4 am the system is down and this jack in the box location is unable to take orders, and it’s even crazier that when you drive through the drive thru window you can see the computer and it seems to be working ok. It is ashamed that the system is down at 4 am 6 our of 7 days a week. After I posted this review I was contacted by the manager and she was apologetic and she stated that she will talk to her employees about the situation. Leave the main street of Barstow, up Montara Road, to find a nice shopping center with an uncrowded, newer site. Purchased three orders of the two crunchy tacos that were what we expected. Quick service and a nice building.

Some skanky guy rudely asked us as soon as we came in this place, “do you have papers for your service dog!” He was beyond rude. The dog was clearly vested and marked. We barely even got in the door when he asked. We have been across the US and this is the first place EVER to be rude and basically question and deny service! You need to read the laws and train your employees! This was the worst experience! 1000% would not recommend!
