First of all, staff were rude. Rushing as I was ordering, and had an attitude. Second, the food was terrible. The Junior Jumbo jack that I ordered was gross. Patty was old, they made it very sloppy, and there was no cheese. The bread was so old too. Very nasty, horrible service. Do not recommend.

Came through drive through and the order taker had an awful attitude. Sounded like she didn’t even want to take our order. My boyfriend asked about chicken nuggets and she just had a horrible attitude. Not just that but told me the shakes and bobas were completely sold out which I highly doubt. After arriving at the window we didn’t get cashed out for like 5 minutes. Then she parked us outside and we waited outside for another 25 minutes. Place wasn’t even busy. This kind of service even for fast food is just distasteful.receipt said her name was Natalie S. Do better.

Food was standard J-in-the-B, quick, fresh, not fancy. The service was better than expected. The man at the counter was friendly. He was also quick to identify customers on road trips to be sure we had restroom access (clean BTW).

It’s 1:30 a.m, literally just wanted some food.. the girl working was beyond rude. She asked us to park in the front so we waited for our food which came out pretty quickly. Although she comes out and aggressively hands me the bags of food and quickly walks away. Forgetting my shake I told her on the way in about it she let me know she was going to grab it while not even looking back at me. While waiting for that I noticed my fries were stale and cold. I work fast food as well as dining so I knew these fries had been sitting for a while. She hands me my shake and doesn’t even reply when I asked to have my fries remade. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Fire that little girl. Me and my friends will not be back until she’s gone. Rather waste gas going to main st jacks.

Worker that helped us was named Valeria N. She had a bad attitude, very rude, complain because we requested hot sauce and she had to go back for it. Just shaking her head and complaining. Raised her voice. So unprofessional.

It’s a nice spot for being in the middle of nowhere but I will say the bathroom stinks sanitize it sanitize it sanitize it make sure that sanitizer solution is mixed properly it doesn’t smell like it’s clean it smells dirty so whoever’s in there sweeping or whatever is not sanitizing sanitize the bathroom please throw the garbages more often besides that you’re doing a good job keep up the great work
