Everytime i order from this place they give me food that was ordered from way before, they ask me to pull forward and back to reset their time and are super disrespectful whenever i just ask a simple question. Not only that if and when i do order online they don’t have any options of adding any extra sauces like ranch and good good sauce. I’m willing to pay for it but they don’t add it, and if a dasher asks for it they try to charge the dasher! it makes absolutely no sense, they fact that a combo is almost $20+ and you STILL have to pay for extra sauce even though it’s not available on ANY app like doordash, or ubereats. I haven’t ordered from jack in so long because the food quality in general feels like it’s an item two cars before didn’t want so they saved it for the following car but their whole process is just super confusing.

Went to pick up a mobile order. Walk up to an exterior door to enter and it’s locked. When inside the cashier is arguing in a snarky sort of still trying to help kind of way with an elderly customer. Mobile order was ready and sitting but since the cashier had to make the interaction take forever you just had to stand and wait. Also the soda machine in the lobby was “broken” aka turned off to prevent theft from transients. Order was accurate and food was on par with other locations. Seems like the owner of the store needs to participate in daily operations to make managerial adjustments.

Jack in the Box is one of my favorite fast food places. Everything is always hot and fresh. I usually get the jumbo Jack with cheese and it is always steaming when I get it. I also like the Pita pocket and the egg rolls. The only reason I gave this 1 A 4 star is because The jumbo jacks come in at $5.50 compared to less than $4 at other places.

Absolutely very poor business skills all the way around up to management. Long wait times for drive-through poor customer service skills. No receipt given for purchase declined to have a single condiment for a $27 order. Restaurant manager gave nothing but excuses for her employees and they’re broken printer the manager verbally stated she is willing to lose a returning customer over a $.22 barbecue sauce.

The order taker said he couldn’t make chicken nuggets and just add cheese sauce. I asked to speak to manager who sighed under his breath as if inconvenienced when I asked for chicken nuggets with cheese sauce saying “there’s no tab for adding sauce” so he’d charge me 1.00 for the order under another item…..he seemed irritated by the whole request…cheese sauce I asked to be on on food. It wasn’t….now it’s separated..another disappointing visit.
