There has been several times where the Skeleton crew for this “24 hour” location has not taken orders. I ordered door dash last night and the order was confirmed then charged. When I went to pick up, all lights on, no one there. I waited 20 minutes and honked the horn, nothing! When I spoke to the manager to the next, he claimed my order was fulfilled! When I asked him to check the security cameras to confirm me and three other cars were ignored, he said he would talk with the crew! What a @#$% show! And since this place is not corporate, there is no one to complain too. Really should do a better job on keeping track of your people. The only way I’m getting my refund for the food I did not recieve is through Door Dash. Way to go management! Someone please check the security footage at 0141 on 24 June and confirm my account.

If you didn’t know that Jack in the Box has a whole list of sauces on their window through the drive-thru well then you didn’t know I didn’t and I have been a Jack In The Box supporter for quite some time who knew there was a sauce called good good or that Jack in the Box has their own kind of Secret Sauce well I tried them both and I have to say I’m impressed Jack in the Box great job.

This location is at Cor. Broadway & Bradley, El Cajon, CA. We always get a drive thru order which is pretty quick & efficient. The food is ok, but like the rest of the Burger world out there, the “burger patty” is “shrinking”!!!

This is the first and only review I have ever made, that is how bad this Jack in the Box is. They have messed up my order literally every single time I have gone there and no I am not exaggerating. Every single time I go to this location they give me the wrong order and forget to put something I ordered in my bag. If you want to get the wrong item and have part of your order forgotten to be added to the bag after you paid for it and left the drive through, go to this jack in the box. I would give zero stars if I could.
