This is not the first time i go there! I haven’t complained but today just did it for me there’s always something up with that store. Short on people its closed sooner then closing hours. Or no cook or cashier. The food is not fresh. This was the occasion tonight. And the other reasons were just some from the past. I sent my BF to get me food and the fries were all dry and cold like they been sitting there for hours I don’t think they even try to re heat them. The nuggets weren’t fresh but tasted ok. Ive worked for fast food restaurants I know when food is not fresh. I hardly go to that one but ill continue not to try and go there unless I have to. The time was around midnight.

I stopped by the drive thru on 10/18/25 around midnight, and I just have to say, the people working were awesome. The lady in the back was killing it, and the guy at the window was super friendly to me and my husband. Honestly, they’ve got the best customer service! I always come by around this time, and it’s always just the two of them. They work so well together and still get everything done super fast. For them just being them my them self’s was amazing experience every time!

Hungry in the evening one visit… also picked up breakfast another visit. Yipee! Always good and fills my tummy and not too much out of my wallet☺️. Every time I go through here, they give me the wrong size order. They never fix it, and look at me like I’m an idiot for asking. This time I got the wrong burger too. I recommend any other location. It was the manager this last time, so there’s no solution for this store.

This Jack in the Box was very nice. The service was excellent and the guy who helped us was polite and helpful. The food was fresh and the portion was more than enough. The only problem? $35 dollars worth of take out and no napkins!!! Bummer on a road trip.

I just recently moved from santee from san bernardino, the food is well fast food its usually consistent . Where im a little frustrated is the service. Im usually not one to write reviews but this is the 4th time I ask for my ice coffee with light ice and they always fill it up with ice. I barley get any coffee just ice. Why kinda sucks because I am paying for the coffee , plus they didnt give me a straw which sucks.

This place was not good at all the food was cold and just gross. They called my number and I went there and no one came to give me my food I ordered. I stood there for a long time until someone came. They called my number for my food but gave me no food until I said something. That’s not how their job works. I am not happy and I wasted my money.

I recently visited this location through the drive-thru and ordered a burger and jalapeño poppers. Everything seemed fine initially, and I paid for my order at the window. However, after about 10 minutes, a staff member returned to the window and informed me that they had made a mistake with the poppers. While I appreciated the honesty, I simply requested an item of equal value in place of the poppers, as I had already paid for them.
To my surprise, the employee responded by saying, “Don’t take advantage,” which was both unexpected and inappropriate. I wasn’t attempting to take advantage; I simply wanted to receive the value of what I had paid for.
In the end, I left with a burger combo and an extra order of curly fries instead of the poppers, which was not equivalent to what I originally ordered. This experience was frustrating, and the lack of professionalism from the staff left me disappointed.
I hope this issue is addressed, as customer service and respecting what’s paid for should be a priority.

I ordered from here on Uber eats when my food came I was missing an order of curly fries, they gave me the wrong sandwich and on top of that the egg inside my sandwich looked all green
