This Pizza Hut has went sooo down hill.
Tonight when I went to pick up my order the lady told me I placed my order for a later time (which I didn’t) I saw my order ready (minus my cheese sticks) she gave me the order, i told her the cheese sticks were missing, she looked over the receipt like I was lying, never said anything when she saw it on there. Went in the back told the cook the cheese sticks were missing because the order was for the future and told him to FIND some cheese sticks. Within two minutes I was gave burnt cheese sticks. Here is what my GARLIC PARMESAN wings looked like, pizza was burnt, barely cut. We usually eat here once a week but no more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We had the lunch buffet and the variety was awesome! Everything tasted soooo good. The staff were all super friendly. I am miserable I ate so much. The decor all seemed new but was reminiscent of old times. Wish we lived closer so we could eat here more often. Would be so great to have more eat-in Pizza Huts like this one.

We visited this location for the first time on Christmas Eve. The lunch buffet is small, but offers a variety of six different pizzas. The pizza was readily available and always hot. The crust was perfect. Salads were individually wrapped in small bowls. The restaurant was clean and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Be sure to ask for icing for the hot cinnamon sticks. Overall, reminded us of the way Pizza Hut used to be!

This place reminded me of what Pizza Hut used to be like in the best way possible! The pizza buffet was absolutely wonderful, and everything tasted fresh and hot. The ladies working there were extremely nice and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

If you are looking for the nostalgia of a sit down Pizza Hutt, this is it. But post its peak. Dough tastes like thick saltine crackers. And is slow to get to the bar. Breadsticks never came out the entire visit. Small plus that at least one cheese pizza was put on the bar. Place is great if you like pizza that tastes worse than frozen and pork is your favorite meat.

We were passing through and saw the sign on the interstate. Since Pizza Hut offers only carry out and delivery these days, at least in our area, so we wanted to check it out. The employee was nice and told us they do allow dine. The food was great and so was the service.

Pizza Hut Lunch Buffet used to be something to look forward to. Now they’re so scarce it’s like a Holiday when I find one so I was extremely disappointed. Cashier was friendly. The pizza was old. Very old. The bar was full but the selection was off. Two thin crust pepperonis at the same time. Pepperoni with onion. Sausage with onion. Chicken with banana peppers. Sausage with jalapenos. I asked if they could make a pan meat lovers. She grabbed a sausage and pepperoni out of the warmer and set it out, not a meat lovers but ok. The sausage was dried out. It was old. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were hard. The marinana dipping sauce was luke warm at best. The pasta dish was actually pretty good. So was the sweet tea. Trying to be positive here. Please do better!

Do waist your time. The food was dry. I asked why there was little to no sauce, and the manager said the pasta only got one scoop of sauce. I asked for extra, and he said, “There is no option in the computer to allow extra sauce.” This was about the dumbest excuse I ever heard. The heating device that keeps the food warm until pick up dries out the food but does not guarantee fresshness. I took it back for a remake or refund. There is no remake, but I had to fill out a form, and corporate will send me a check in the mail because I paid with cash. The manager was very rude and well at the lady at the cashier. I will never eat there again.

Pizza Hut in Greensboro will always hold a lot of nostalgia for me. I’ve been eating here since childhood. It’s nothing like it was in the 90’s but the pizza is still good.

Mobile ordered. 15 minutes later arrived, they hadn’t received it yet. The employee insisted I did a future order when I had not. Started making my food, 15 minutes later, handed me my pizzas but not the order of cheese sticks. Had to wait 10 more minutes for that. Frustrating experience.
