The food was gross and not at all fresh even though the wait for the order was longer than expected being the only walk in customer and the drive thru empty. The grease was so heavy that the brown paper bag was literally wet the whole bottom half soaked.

Didn’t even order just left. You know there is a major issue if you and other cars literally just sit there to the point they turn their vehicles off. Sat there for over 25 minutes with no change. There was literally only 2 cars ahead of me that’s it and they couldn’t even bother taking our orders. Jack in the box this location is ridiculous do better. Deserves less than a 1 star pathetic

WoW just pure disgusting, and she forgot two of my tacos. The cashier was a man dressed like a girl with nails and had long pink hair. The man had deep voice but WAS DRESSED LIKE A GIRL.HE wouldn’t reach out and give me my food. Then shoved the food when i reached. I was so excited because yesterday I had the best hamburger I’ve ever had. There JITB was located in El Centro. So I had to have another one today. I was in Santee so tried the JITB on Mast Ave. I’m sorry to say the Ribeye Steak Burger this time was terrible. It could have been bad tasting lettuce, but whatever it was I would not recommend it. Too bad, I was so excited to find a really good burger, I’m really let down.
