I went to the drive through on Saturday on January 8. 2022 at 4 p. m. and ordered the one Jumbo Jack with 2 slices of American cheese, one small size French Fries, one 15 quantity Fully Loaded Tiny Tacos Box, one Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee and one slice of New York Style Cheesecake. My total was $22.24. I paid Oscar at the pick up window in Cash. Everything I ate like the Jumbo Jack Burger with American Cheese was very Juicy and delicious! The Tiny Tacos were crispy and was very flavorful. The French Fries great. The New York Style Cheesecake was very creamy, rich was very delicious! Oscar this employee was friendly and personable to me.

The customer-facing employee working the early morning shift around 1-2am yesterday 6/2/23 was covered in a thick layer of cat hair. Casually using profanity and conducting themselves in a very unprofessional manner when speaking to customers. I understand at that hour there should be more tolerance but this was beyond that. That is a major health concern. Please address this employee and I strongly recommend avoiding this location until this employee is retrained or removed.

Order the Bacon steakhouse burger. Came with no bacon. Drove back , didn’t give me anything for the hassle. Tossed the burger in trash instead of letting me keep it. Thought she was just going to add bacon to it. Such a waste and poor customer service. This jack has always messed something up. Sick of wasting my money

I am highly dissapointed with the fish sandwich I received from here. I don’t know if they fried it in old oil or what but it was gross and not hot. I definitely would have taken it back if I was not on a lunch break. Worst of all how is a fried item cold. I would have given 1 star if my wife had not enjoyed her meal.

Came here around 9pm on a Friday, so the dining room was pretty slow. Friendly and professional employees, and speedy service. The dining room was also very clean. Overall good establishment.

The Jack Pack deal for $6 is not as appealing as it looks on TV. I would rather get 3 orders of tacos for around $6. In my opinion a much better deal. I don’t know why I just have a thing for their damn tacos.

My wife slipped on the floor because they were mopping and didn’t put any signs up. The worker just stood there and didn’t even help her get up. The tiny tacos I ordered taste like trash too, it was all just thrown into the box.

I only eat here once a year since we don’t have any in Omaha Nebraska. And I’m very grateful that I just had them today and I definitely will be going back one more time before I leave and go back home. Love there taco and triple cheesy burger
