I ordered a combo and asked if I could get the order with sourdough instead of bun . #4 combo I expected lettuce, tomato, pickles. Instead I was given #1 combo. No tomato, pickles. So disappointed. If I’m told yes it comes with it . Then it’s all wrong. It’s very important to listen and do the order right. I took it to go. I would go back but I m far and watching my gas.

I placed an online order to another location but when I drove up I told them I placed an online order for for Candy and they said “okay we see it just pull Forward. An hour later waiting in line the guy reads me my order I told him no it’s wrong. They informed me they don’t see my order and I must have chose a wrong location. After waiting an hour with a crying baby in the car they just expected me to drive off. They didn’t even offer to order the food there. They didn’t want to deal with the situation they blamed me and they couldn’t even offer me a solution.

Once again, I don’t really eat Jack in the box. But my kids will have the breakfast plater. So this is my rating for them on these grounds. And by the way, I do enjoy their Vanilla Shakes.

I spent literally 30 minutes or more in the drive thru line and was delivering for uber eats. Terrible night manager and service. Avoid at all costs it’s worth driving to the next jack in the box

The chicken wrap was not that good too dry the onion rings were over cooked. The teriyaki chicken was O K but we’ve had better at this same Jack in the box.
