I went to Jack in the Box because I wanted tacos. I ended up ordering two meals with tacos. One meal I asked for curly fries and it is my fault that I didn’t double check the board to see if it said curly fries. The manager handed us our food and I asked about the curly fries and she said I didn’t order them. I figured it was my mistake for not double checking the board.
I get home and there are no tacos. So instead of posting my Google review and do a survey, I decide to call the store. The young lady answers the call and I inform her that my order was missing the tacos. She said she needs to speak with her manager and instead of putting me on hold, I get to listen to their conversation about how she specifically remembers putting my tacos in there. I will post pictures of the contents in my bag in my Google review. Why would someone like about not receiving $1.19 tacos when that was the cheapest item on my order?

This Jack I’ve always seen it as super busy and it is every time I go or want something. Honestly it’s a good Jack in the box if they get my order right the first time around. This one got it right while it was busy. Impressed and thank you!

“Shade” (manager / employee) was rude to his employees/ coworkers and needs to humble himself.
I ordered a southwest salad with a drink, and received a garden salad. Only a minor issue, and I appreciated that the male employee working the register named “Shade” (likely the manager) offered to correct it, but I told him it was fine.
While I was eating in the lobby. That same employee “Shade” approached a female employee who was on break, questioned her about her break time, then returned minutes later while she was still on break to reprimand her loudly and condescendingly in front of customers about night shift tasks. Another female employee I think a “team leader” came to her defense, and he responded with the same rude tone towards both women. They were both well composed, soft-spoken, and professional despite the situation.
It’s ironic that someone who couldn’t manage a simple salad order felt entitled to publicly berate his colleagues. “Don’t throw rocks inside a glass house.”

Ordered online. Drive thru was busy but it moved fairly fast. Order was ready by the time I got to window. Loaded tacos were not as loaded as other Jack locations, but were still good.
