This has to be my favorite Jack in the Box location (I’ve visited many) Why ? The staff are ALL super friendly and very attentive. Food is always fresh and delicious – exactly as advertised. Store is always clean with condiments fully stocked on all tables. Due to staying at a local hotel ( while waiting on a house closing) I’ve visited this location almost daily for couple weeks ( they also sell just the meat or chicken fillets if you’re cooking in room.)

I ordered a 5-pieces chicken set meal combo,and speak twice to her very loudly, but she deliberately gave me a 2 pieces children’s meal. Which child would drive himself to eat and drink a large size black coffee? I will never come back again. She did this deliberately because she didn’t like the customer’s voice. Not only does this behavior reduce the store’s revenue, but it also causes long-term damage to the brand image, because everyone will see this comment and understand that the clerk here provides a judgment-type service, and, she does not treat everyone as fairly customer.Since it was morning, she was like a cockroach ruining my beautiful day.She also deliberately gave me special sauce for tacos, which was full of malice. Did I order taco? Special sauce, blind?

First time in this location with a friend. We ordered Spicy sriracha with fries and Jack’s spicy chicken with seasoned curly fries. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was fast and efficient.

Visited after dropping my partner off at the airport early in the morning. The staff was bright and cheerful even if it was so early in the morning. I had the pleasure of trying their mini churros. Highly recommend!

Kiosk took my order with giving me a receipt. Manager said the Kiosk didn’t process my order while I showed him it went thru on my credit card looking at my account on my phone. He said to call back a couple days later if it still was on my card. I did call back a few days later and they never refunded my card or called me back. Left messages several times. No response. I got no order (food) and they kept my money. Terrible!

Great, they have a new paint job. However, the service and food quality has gone down at this location. First visit since reopen, it took 15 minutes to get through 3 cars. Then they couldn’t manage to get the right condiments in the bag after asking me 3 times. 2nd visit the food tasted like it was sitting out for an hour or more and they just reheated. Probably not going back for anything except a drink/shake. Surely they can’t mess that up…
