What an awesome experience we had here at the Birchwood. From the service by Carissa, the delicious food by their chef and the amazing ambiance, we had such a great time.
Our food was so delicious. I ordered the French onion soup which had a nice layer of hot melted cheese on top….delicious! For dinner, I ordered the stuffed broil dish including stuffed shrimp which was so tasty, stuffed baked clams and stuffed flounder. The stuffing was amazing and the dinner, delicious. My friend had the beef short ribs which he enjoyed as well. The wives had the kielbasa which was huge and the chicken dish (I forgot really what she had) and they both enjoyed them completely!
What an amazing experience we had as you seem to step back in time inside their old tavern! The decorations keep you busy!

You just have to try this place at least once in your life. It’s like stepping back into time into a wooden tavern and the food is phenomenal. Fresh pirogies are out of this world! Such a nice spot to take a friend out to lunch or go out to dinner. Everything I’ve tried so far has been so delicious!

Good, old world food. I haven’t been to Polish town in years and it was fun and comforting to come back. The staff was so friendly. The food was comfort food. Onion rings, kielbasa, pierogi’s and veggies. Had a beer on tap. Go see them and feel the past come back to life.

Went for Mother’s Day strict on reservations and seating is hour and half which is enough time to eat and relax. Excellent attentive staff, food Excellent tons of variety and lots of desserts. Lines moved swiftly, staff serves hot food from warmers. Decorated beautifully for the day.
