Food was not good. I ordered the combo D. The lobster was too chewy, the crawfish tasted rotten. Even the sausage was too salty. Had a hard time eating it. The waiter did a good job. But the Hispanic lady at the entrance was really unwelcoming. She soundedlike she didn’t want us there.

I’m honestly furious with the level of negligence I experienced at Moody Crab. I made it crystal clear — not once, not twice, but three separate times — that I could NOT have pork in my order. And somehow, you still served me pork sausages. This isn’t a small mistake. This is careless, dangerous, and completely unacceptable. My kids have serious allergies, and your failure to follow basic instructions put their health at risk. The fact that something this simple was ignored shows a complete lack of professionalism and awareness. I shouldn’t have to double-check a restaurant’s work like a babysitter. This mistake could have ended terribly, and the fact that it happened at all is outrageous. Moody Crab needs to take responsibility immediately, because this level of carelessness is unbelievable.

This is not just a minor inconvenience; my kids have severe allergies, and this mistake put their health at serious risk. I purchased lunch and my shrimp and sweet potato fries were cold. Instead of starting over with a fresh batch, he warmed up the same food. When I got back to work, I realized the sweet potato fries were extremely hard, and the shrimp were overheated, which made them taste rubbery. Not edible at all. I called and spoke with the white guy in the kitchen; he informed me that he was not going to do anything about it because I took too long to pick up my order. I placed my order at 12:40 the girl on the phone said it would take 20 or 25 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes late. NO food should have been that hard within 10 minutes. It was overcooked and hard from the beginning. That was his excuse. Little did he know, I was just there a couple of weeks ago and ate inside with friends. My friend sent her fried food back and they re-warmed hers as well. That’s two times too many, I WILL NOT BE BACK.

So Good! A special dinner for my Grandma and me. First Boil I ever had! The girl was great that helped me order. She was patient and helpful. Made making a to go order easy! The food was soooo good. Great taste and enjoyed it all. Look forward to going back one day.

Loved food was good, Service was great she forgot our rice but handled it immediately kept our drinks refilled, and checked on us consistently. This was on Dec. 3rd about 6 pm and there was 11 of us w/ kids sitting at the back table. Ididn’t catch our servers name but I will definitely be back and I hope she’s there. Thanks again girlie one of best first time experiences!!

Went once back in October. Similar to Pier 88 that we have in town, but they’re food isn’t that great anymore. Big price increase and the food is now mediocre to me.
So, I’m glad we stopped here one day while in the area for dinner. It was really good. Could be a little less greasy (it wasn’t bad). I can’t wait to dine again, it’s been on my to do list.

I have been to several restaurants of this type. This was by far the worst. Some of the seafood was not very fresh. The snow crab legs in the boil were by far the worst…smell and meat texture were both off. Additionally, my girlfriend does not like eggs at all. We ordered the boil and asked that the eggs not be included. When the bag came… they were NOT excluded. It’s a good thing that it was just an aversion to eggs and not an allergy. This could be very dangerous to those who do have food allergies if they can’t execute a very simple request. Not going back and would not recommend.

The food is good, but really shouldn’t be on their phones when they have customers waiting for their food. Spent thirty minutes for our food just to be told it had been sitting on the counter. Girl behind the counter was scrolling on her phone and didn’t ask if we were waiting on an order.
