Came in with my kids. Note it’s been a while since I’ve come into a jack in the box but I do recall how fresh food looks like and let’s just say I ordered the Jack’s spicy chicken sandwich (my go to) and it was old, dark and super salty. I just told myself why I even complained to the staff as I don’t think I’m ever coming back here anytime soon.

Usually Love this place, but just saw (who I believe was a shift lead) adjust the cash drawer then immediately unwrap a burger and spread the buns with her long nails (no gloves) then re wrapped it and placed it back on the handoff shelf…just be warned

Ordered the chicken sandwich thinking it was going to be a good size sandwich…..only to be disappointed by a chicken nugget in between two buns. Looks like I ordered the vegetarian burger. Thanks Jack!!! ♂️ Once again looks like I’m the Jack here…ordered the Spicy Sriracha burger and got something much different than what is advertised. ♂️ Another Jack scam with my food!!!

You’ve been the one Jack in the Box you’ve been to a mall I did try to $8 $8 bucket Box that came with 2 tacos tacos was horrible the Burger OK OK the French fries you got curly fries and French fries and curly fries was OK French fries was not crispy at all so no I would definitely not recommend this $8 Box stick with something like chicken and fries can’t go wrong with chicken

I don’t know how they forget one quarter of the ingredients…but somehow I didn’t get the sausage of the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. This place is just the worst. Always something wrong with the quality or quantity of the order. The only reason why they stay open is because they are now the only fast food in the parking lot of a shopping center! Just awful.
