The food here is top notch!! The burgers and chicken sandwiches are very good! The only downside, this place is small with a few tables and is real popular, so expect to wait to be seated. The wait staff was super friendly and again, the food is fantastic!

Delicious hamburgers! The portion sizes were great also – we actually split a cheeseburger and they were kind enough to put it on two different plates for us before serving. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and told us that the fries are not cooked separately. Highly recommend if you are in Victor on a day it is actually open.

Great service! Camber Cajun burger I would recommend. Get the fry sauce too, fries are hand cut and really tasty. Don’t go in November 2025 they will be closed for a break and will reopen in December

A must stop after a day on the ski hill or hiking the mountains!!! Small town at its BEST!! The Burgers are hearty, real BEEF, and loaded with every favorite add you can think of!! The fries are thin cut and served hot and delicious!! They have a small but ample selection of IPA local brews. Restaurant was full at dinner, the waitress was busy, attentive, thorough and on point for taking care of so many so kindly and professionally. Like others said, it may not be “fast” but good food takes some time.

The place has a great look to it and great atmosphere. The food was awesome. I recommend the onion rings and buffalo burger. Another recommendation would be to try the Yellowstone burger. Overall it’s a great place and the only reason I took off 1 star was because of the long wait.

This place is straight up legit. Only come here if you want an amazing tasting meal. Juicy and perfectly cooked meat. Soft bun. Crispy Idaho potato fries. The location is easy to find. The staff was all incredibly fun and were quite attentive. We will be back to eat here again.

It’s hard to find restaurants that serve elk, let alone elk burger. Brakeman American Grill generally makes awesome burgers and I was impressed how they made a lean, gamey meat taste so unique and delicious. Good stuff.
I believe the Brakeman burger is made with beef, but something about it tasted different – in a good way. Not sure if it’s because it’s ultra fresh or if it was actually bison meat. Nevertheless, tasted different and good.

Overall: Hefty, tasty burger with immaculate fries in the Teton Valley. Definitely top 3 burgers I’ve ever eaten!
Food: I got the Brackman, it was a beast of a burger! 1/2 pound patty is enough to knock a grown man out with the sheet amount of toppings. The burger and thin Idaho fries were a killer combo too. We asked for spicy sauce and BBQ sauce on the side which was definitely the way to go. One of the best burgers ever
Service: It was jam packed and people were rolling in. Still the server was kind and she did everything she could to accommodate the orders and people.
Atmosphere: Doesn’t get more local and authentic as this!
This was our first meal at this tiny town and it set a high high bar!!

This is OMG place! After visit Jackson Hole Wyoming we were hungry so stop by Subway but they are closed. So we were try to back to our car, there is very delicious smell attempting to me. That smell came from that burger shop!
When we eat this burger everybody lost their mind and just digging their burger like hungry dog.

Don’t let the looks keep you away. Back home we’d call this burger restaurant a “hole in the wall.” It not only has the best burger in town, it also has the best prices. Don’t expect to get your food quickly. Everything is cooked to order but the burgers are so good, you won’t mind the wait. Try to get Alma as your waitress. She’s a local and can even explain why the angle parking is backwards. While everything is tasty be sure to try the onion rings. They are perfect. Has to be the last place in America where you can get a half pound burger and fries for $14. We will definitely return.
