I went to the drive through to order food for my boyfriend and his mom. As I was ordering through the drive through I noticed that Flora, who was taking my order, had put in the wrong sizes for my drinks. I tried to politely correct her and she said “it doesn’t matter”. When I’m fact it’s does because a large milkshake is more money than a large fountain drink. After I pointed out that fact she corrected it. When I was ordering the Jumbo Breakfast Platter I was willing to pay the extra for bacon and sausage, in fact I did end up paying extra but I only received bacon. I did not notice intell I got home. Once home I called them and asked what I could do, if I should come back or What Flora again with her bad attitude came back at me and said “I don’t care” and hung up on me. I then proceeded to get calls from a blocked number or a no caller ID number getting yelled at but I quickly hung up and ignored the rest of the calls.

This location has gone down hill. Its more expensive, and when you ask for cheese on your burgers and pay for it, open it, and its got no cheese, but also on your receipt it says CHEESEBURGER, it can be very disappointing. This location needs to get their act together or they will lose more business.

Went here to get midnight meal, two older gentleman working that shift. One didn’t give me any napkins, two didn’t put the sauce on the burger. The new Grilled Chicken and lastly they said they were out of tacos but then switched and said we are cleaning so we can’t make them. I bought my meal June 11th around 12:30 AM. I get if you don’t want to work at night but at least do your job correctly.

The number 12 is to die for! Always get extra good good sauce!!! Ugh it’s so amazing!!!!! The service is always top notch! And they’re always so fast!!!!! Also it’s very clean!! And the way the manager handled this drunk lady who spilled her beer was so professional. She truly inspired me.

I go to the one one Topanga before Sherman Way and the crew is so awesome!! When the drive thru is busy you do have to wait but the food is made right when you order so I think a bit of wait it’s alright. I love the mini churros and their club salad!!

I have not in my life ever seen pancakes this is huge! The size was incredible, it looked like a cake but so was their variety and taste. There is a wide choice of dishes. The banana fritters are a favorite that I must absolutely recommend to all Pancake fans out there. I will definitely return to this hotel again.
