By far, this Jack is terrible, the worst. My son order a custom chicken sandwich and was told to make line again. We had waited more than 20 minutes to just pick up an order and the sandwich could not be customized in the app. Refused to charge me just a chicken and spent more time arguing with me than make the sandwich. I felt my son got discriminated because he is a teen, I asked politely, and said she didn’t care, and close the window in my face. Won’t come here again, going to the one in Carmenita and Imperial, even if I’m passing by.

So this Jack in the box says it’s open 24hur but when u get here after 2am they block the drive way and u could see the works inside the lobby just hanging around. What a grate way to get pay by the hur. SMH where’s the supervisors at!!!

Came thru the drive thru ordered two items then they girl left us there without taking the rest of the order. We parked and went inside and she still left us there without helping claiming she was alone a guy clearly was in their office talking and joking. No one was inside no one was in drive thru. Only customers and she was pulling “orders” for who Casper the friendly ghost. Horrible location
