Stopped by the Jack-in-the-Box here in Norwalk, CA and was very impressed with the experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and neatly put together—not sloppy like you sometimes find at fast food spots. The staff was extremely welcoming right from the moment I walked in, which made for a nice start to the morning. Service was quick and efficient, which is exactly what you want when you’re in a rush. Definitely a great spot to swing by when you need a good bite on the go. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I used 2 coupons here.It really did help me save a few dollars. I got the jumbo jack cheeseburger combo with fries and a fountain drink. I also got a chocolate shake. All for 9.95. . . Had a great experience at this Jack in the Box! The food was fresh, hot, and just what I needed for a hangry moment haha But what really made the stop stand out was the service. The server Alexis G greeted me with such a warm and genuine smile that it honestly made my day. You don’t always expect that level of kindness and energy at a fast food spot. They handled everything with grace and professionalism. The whole experience made the food taste that much more delish. Thanks for the great service!

Put in a mobile order and came around 15 minutes after to pick it up since the app said to give 10-12 minutes, despite this our order still wasn’t ready and when we walked in to check they were trying to give our food to someone else! Along with this a manager was arguing with one of her employees, something you should never do in the face of a customer.

First off, just a heads up, they took the popcorn chicken off the menu so if you’re craving some from here, you’ll have to go elsewhere now…Secondly, just be very specific when you’re letting them know what size fries you want. When my girlfriend ordered our food, she ordered medium and large fries. This was the “medium” fries they gave her. I’ll still order something from here again, but not until they get the fries sizes correct!

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves 🙂 the to newest employees a young man and a young woman we’re both doing extremely well with their training and as well the manager was doing a great job in training them 🙂 the food was great everything was clean as well 🙂 the only thing I could say is that the bathroom could do with you a little bit of fixing up from all the tagging and abuse from the surrounding homeless community. Otherwise this place gets + 10/10
