I had the same Problem with the same male employee I wanted to order large chocolate shake he had told me yet again he doesn’t want to make that chocolate shake and had told me I looked homeless and needed to leave his jack in the box
This is him in the picture very rude and lazy he needs to get fired

I found hair in my fries and they were very rude about replacing my food and disrespectful when I ask for condiments to go with it she threw hot sauce in my bag. I asked for a napkin and ketchup. I had a kids cheeseburger meal. Why do I need hot sauce? She was rude and disrespectful. I overlooked the hair until she called herself replacing it with an attitude. I was dining with my three grandsons before school this morning. not one of the employees had on hairnets. I’m a senior my hair is gray and short, so it couldn’t have been mine.

Ordered at drive thru was told to pull forward and waited an excess 20mins for food (2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks). Not very busy. Guy came out and almost handed it off to another truck. Mentioned that we were waiting for a while and he was super dismissive and said, ” Oh well, that’s too bad.” Won’t be back. Customer service was atrocious.

I would give this place zero stars. It seems after 6pm there is no manager/ supervisor to be found in the store. The staff was rude, With the exception of one young lady trying to do it all who was clearly overwhelmed. the person who was making the sandwiches was rude and very disrespectful, the one in the fry station was not much help either. I started in the drive thru and was told it would take some time to order because she had to get online orders out. There were two cars in front of me and they must have been told the same thing because the drove off. I parked my car and went inside and noticed that there were only three employees and no manager. No one greeted the guest in the lobby. As I waited for someone to help me the drive thru was suddenly working again. That’s when I asked for a manager and was disrespected.
I don’t enjoy writing reviews but I am expecting a response.
As a former Jack in the box general manager this is unacceptable and the rudest experience I have ever had.
I look forward to hearing back from a member of upper management.

Just came in today, old Latina woman had to let me wait in the drive through for 5 min. So I decided to park my car and order inside instead. Was waiting for the woman to do her thing. But he was folding those plastic bags really slow like for another two minutes. Then she looked at me and said. “Order in computer!” I asked “you don’t do customer service anymore?” She said “Yes, it’s all in the computer” so I checked the self service computer and it says employee log in and I told her “it’s log in” then she said. “What do you want?!” I got pissed and just left cause I don’t want to cause a scene and I ain’t repaying rudeness with rudeness . .

Thanks for being open Christmas Day ! Your Store had to deal with a lot of difficult people complaining about not having special sauce when it’s Christmas Day. Appreciate you guys being open during the Madness. The Breakfast Jack was nice a fresh and that’s for the Coke refill.

We placed an Uber Eats order tonight and have waited 1.5 hours. The drivers kept changing each time we checked. I called and a young girl answered who was yelling and laughing with her friends and said she wasn’t paying attention to the orders but it shows it was done/picked up. I told her we didnt receive the order and she advised to call uber and shell confirm it was someone else that picked it up and hung up. The customer service was annoying to say the least. The next uber driver went and explained what happened and was told they would remake my order, just to make him wait 40 minutes to be told the weren’t remaking it after all. So ridiculous and a waste of everyone’s time!!

I ordered a meal, paid and asked if I could use the bathroom. I was told yes but not until the boss came out of the bathroom. When she came out another employee told me I couldn’t use them because they were out of service. I demanded a refund, I hate liars and really only was willing to eat fast food because I needed to use the bathroom and figured they were for customers. Poor customer service

Horrible. I can literally smell the bad grease from my french fries coming out of the bag. Have tried this place many times because I live nearby and it never is any good. I don’t know why I keep going. Please teach your people to smell what bad greases or at least change it. Geez guys, this is all you do
