This place was better before the renovation. This place has gone down the drain. I had a bad experience with the App they push to “get deals”. Completely screwed up the order. Received a call from Vicky and was asked “so what do you want me to do? A refund or something?” I asked for the correct order. She was nice and said she wrote it down in the book and to just ask. Upon showing up to get my order I was met with attitude, and yep you guessed it.. The wrong order. Tried one more chance today to redeem a reward Item, 50 pts. for a spicy chicken sandwich and it literally tasted raw. I was unable to chew the meat, not sure if under cooked of left out for hours but I wound up discarding the item. It’s obvious why they are on Mohave County Health Dept. as “Needs Improvement”!! Can’t pass a health inspection so definitely shouldn’t be trusted with your family!

Jack in the box was as amazing as I remember it to be! Traveling from Arkansas, we don’t any jack in the box out there and boy I sure have missed the tacos and greasy burgers! Wanted the little mini tacos but they were out and their truck was being delivered that day so when we told the lady we were passing through she tried to discount our food but couldn’t figure it out so she gave me my soda for free! Thank you so much for that!

Why is it every time you go through the drive through here?It sounds like the person taking your order.Wants nothing to do with you can care less and is trying to speed you through the process. The last seven times i’ve been through the drive through, it doesn’t matter who it is.I feel like the employee taking the order has no customer service training at all. They will start the conversation with what do you want?And end it with please pull to the window.No rereading orders, no telling you the total I get it.It’s a fast paced environment, but if mcdonald’s can do it come on, jack, you can.

I saw that the drive through was a long queue, so we decided to go inside instead. A bit difficult to find a space for the car, but we managed to find a spot next to the trucks parking area.
My first time visit to jack in the box, so I don’t know their standards, but my wrap was so so small, it was just a snack instead of a meal. For $3.29 I’d rather go for $8.29 wrap from Subway anytime.

Place was dirty bathrooms where dirty food was just not very good ordered a sourdough jack was just not appetizing bread with butter not toasted check out picture I don’t like to complain and re order because you open yourself to well I wouldn’t complain and get new food and eat it just put it that way but that’s just me the the lady up front was nice but that was it.

We stopped in Kingman overnight on our way back home to Arizona from Idaho. We had been driving in the rain for over two hours. We were exhausted and hungry. My husband and I decided we would walk to jack in the box as it was right near motel 6 where we stayed for the night. The lobby was closed, we seen a few of the gentlemen workers talking and got their attention. They decided to serve us despite that the lobby was closed and we didn’t drive there. They took our order at the window, and accommodated our needs. Would like to give the late crew on New Year’s Eve a huge shout out!!! Thank you Anthony M and all the guys that made us some awesome burgers!! Keep up the good work and the awesome people pleasing attitudes!! You guys rock

Disappointed in this place!!! Was an ok place before the renovation, well thats no longer!!! Ordered 2 spicy jack meals they came with no tomato or cheese!!! Then blamed me for ordering it wrong! Lol the cook or the manager in the back is a joke!! I obviously heard everything you were saying!!! Sad.

Food was great, served quickly. The curly fries and tacos were extra good. The veggies on the burgers were nice and fresh. The lobby could have been a bit better wiped down, but they were training a new employee and it was not terriblely untended.

Went through drive-thru today and ordered three breakfast jacks not knowing that they were on sale. Two for $3. The cashier charged me $3 for the first two and $4.19 for the third one and never said anything to me. I would have just bought four and gotten more food while saving money had I known. This place seems crooked as hell. Really unscrupulous.
