I had the Shrimp Scampi dinner to-go served with a garden salad, Italian dressing, two bread sticks and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. This was a pick-up order after church. when I was at Linked up Church someone from the hospitality team gave me a $25 gift card for my 43rd birthday. The wheelchair driver of We All Care NEMT INC, did the trip getting me from Pine Knoll Rehabilitation and Nursing home in Carrollton, GA to Linked up Church in Powder Springs, GA. Every third Sunday of the Month is when I volunteer to serve and I do all three services, the 8am, 10am and 12pm so I was very hungry. I did not have any room in my phone memory to download the Olive Garden App so I placed my to-go order over the phone with a woman named Lexi at 12:30 for 2:15 pick up order. It came to $32 including gratuity. I stayed in the van while Mr Jeffrey Fitzgerald went in the restaurant to get my order. .although I don’t believe it should have taken as long as it did, my food was delicious, accurate (except the asparagus) and the service was friendly. When I asked why it took so long he said that the cashier didn’t know what she was doing and the manager had to come help her, My original order with Lexi said no asparagus, I ended up picking out with my hand. I’m glad I have no allergies. My son Noah was down from Albany State University (hbcu) for a surprise visit and he was at the nursing home waiting on me. Had my pick up order not taken 25 minutes I would have got to spend time with him. They didn’t even offer an apology or discount. at least the food met expectations.

We have eaten here many times but every time we go, it gets a little more yucky each time. The food is just ok. Nothing changes really. The inside could use some updating/cleaning. The floor is dirty and the tables are barely wiped. Our waiter last night, James, was the BEST waiter we have ever had there. He was on top of things and really took pride in his job. Just a little cleaning goes a long way.

Stopped in for lunch, sat at the bar because that’s generally where you get quicker service. Order drinks one drink came the other did not. Ordered the soup, salad and breadstick lunch entrée as well as some dipping sauces, which we were told we could get all three for the price of one. Breadsticks came with the dipping sauce as always the breadsticks are wonderful. Waited a good 15 minutes for our soup and salad to arrive. Had the zuppa Toscana, could’ve been the end of the pot and they were stretching it. It was very thin with very few ingredients. Absolutely not the best experience, and then we were overcharged for the dipping sauces. This restaurant is absolutely gone down downhill and it’s sad to see.

This place was pretty dang good. The manager accommodated us because we accidentally had two more people than we initially anticipated and they sat really quickly and the waiter was incredibly fast and the food was excellent and there is a whole pool of oil in my brothers plate. But in a good way. The manager Kristen was absolutely amazing. I love it here.

This is a very pleasant Olive Garden. There were three of us, but we ordered a ton of food. Our waitress was top-notch. I had the shrimp Alfredo and loved every bite. As an appetizer, we had the calamari and it was super tender. We will most certainly be making another trip to this Olive Garden in the future.

We stopped in about an hour before closing time tonight, and we were immediately sat and greeted by our server, Nessa. She was so awesome and such a breath of fresh air compared to past experiences at this location! Food & service were both great. We will definitely be returning to see her. Thank you!

5-Star Review
We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Carrollton Olive Garden! Our high school cross country team recently visited before a big meet, and the hospitality we received was above and beyond. Managers Arolynn Isaacs and Ethel Brooks went out of their way to accommodate our entire team, coaches, bus driver, and families. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and valued. They ensured we had plenty of space, handled our large group seamlessly, and treated every single athlete like a VIP. The entire restaurant staff was incredible — waiters Chris and Kai, were attentive, friendly, and efficient, even with our big crowd. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and it truly made a difference for our kids after a long day of traveling before a big day of competition. Thank you, Arolynn, Ethel, and the entire Olive Garden Carrollton team, for making our experience unforgettable. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

Our first and last time in this place, my husband order the tour of italy, the chicken was fried dry, I order spaghetti with meat balls the spaghetti with salad, the spaghetti was supper dry, the salad was plain salad no dressing I had to ask for it, the waitress said she put some in (she din’t), then over heard the next table asking for some too. The service we had to ask for everything sorry We dint leave a tip, and bealived me we always leave big tips. Atmosphere was ok, as long is you are their own skin color, its awful to even think about it but thats how we felt. We never returning to this place, specially because there was a cockroach at the dining room, at the next table where we were sitting, and yet the manager went to apologize at the next table but didn’t even turn to see us like if we weren’t there. Hope this helps.

I haven’t been to Olive Garden in years due to my gluten allergy. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard they had gluten free pasta. It was delicious!
