This location has gone way downhill. Always slow even though they are never busy when I go. Spent $26 for food so unappealing and funky tasting I wouldn’t give it to a dog. My car seat is now ruined by a huge grease stain because the two orders of Wedges I got had like an 1/8 inch of grease in the bottom. Apparently it had already leaked into the first bag and they put it into a second bag and still thought it was okay to serve. Over last couple years, the appearance is dirty and deteriorating, staff is slow and always outside, food is terrible and they are out of menu items regularly.

I ordered a sourdough jack sandwich. I usually have to tell them toast the bread better. The last time I went, it was perfect. I called and let the manager know that it was perfect. He was happy to hear that and thanked me.

Jack in the Box was fast and tasty. The breakfast is all day which is nice. They have a very large and diverse menu. You can even get egg rolls which are fried but good.

I go here a couple times a month, usually through the DT and the guy working the window is always the nicest ever. He was at the front counter this time, and I am glad as he always has a smile on his face. I was in a rush to get to work my sandwich was ready, but they ran out of fries and had to drop fresh. He came up to me apologized and fixed it. Thank you

Let me just say..A BAD BOSS (Owner) can take a good staff and destroy it causing the best employees to flee & the remainder to lose all motivation!! Employees are the LIFEBLOOD of any business, and if they are not RESPECTED and treated like they make a DIFFERENCE your business will be run average at best!!! Encouragement & Compliments go a long way and only take a minute of your time!! So get your head out of your a__ before you lose your a__ and have to close your doors!!! Jobs are a dime a dozen, good employees are hard to come by!

Burger was pretty good, drink was good, friendly fast service but I got about halfway down my large curly fries and find half the box is normal fries. If they’re going to charge extra for the substituting curly fries they could at least substitute them. Also the sign and website say open till 1am but last time I went around midnight they said they were closed.
