I love the food dont get me wrong but someone needs to be trained in customer service. I came and ordered through the drive thru and the whole time I felt completely rushed in ordering my food. I understand if you’re under staffed but that doesn’t mean you can take it out on your customers. The food was great as always but I couldn’t even enjoy my food the way I wanted because of that. I probably be going to the other location next time

Ordered via uber eats.. after waiting for 20 min the store cancels my order. Now I have $50 pending tied up for who knows how many days for uber. Nothing like waiting for the food to be on the way only for them to cancel after the driver gets there to pick it up. Do better!

This is my favorite stop whenever I’m in Benson. I have reviewed this Jack a couple of times before and never had the opportunity to give them five stars. There was always some small item, missing napkins, cold fries, or no straw. It’s just something simple but important. But I get the chance to change that now.
