Is a shred of quality too much to ask for, even in fast food? No type of sauce on this burger… Asked for ranch and sweet and sour, and was not given any. It looks like the burger was one that someone else didn’t want. I paid over $60 for a meal for my family, and got a meal I wouldn’t pay $6 for. Over cooked egg rolls. Over cooked poppers… The fries were cold. Plus, we got a sandwich we didn’t even order. We don’t go out to eat often, but, when we do, we expect better then what we got. My kids ate the food they got because they don’t want to waste food, my wife doesn’t even want any of what she ordered. One of my kids is trying to give away her bacon because it’s burnt. Quality and a little respect in your work goes a long way. They would do well to learn this, or learn anything. It honestly irritates me that I can just pack everything back up and take it back and see if any of them want to eat it and get my money back, but, since my kids don’t want to waste food, they already ate their meals, so, I don’t even have everything to take back. I don’t think they would appreciate seeing me again anyway. But, luckily, they won’t… I will not be returning there for food of any sort.

Literally feel like a hostage in the drive thru. Stuck at the order menu asked to “wait a second please”. Still here 20 minutes later. Won’t have the guy pull forward. I didn’t even order. Can’t leave. Horrible place to stop this is by far the worst stop so far third stop I’ve made won’t be another

The food is touch and go. I’ve only had one burger that tasted like they gave it to me straight off the warmer, but the rest were delicious. The fries, however, I have ALWAYS had to take back because they tasted old, cold, and stale! I give 4 stars for the atmosphere because sadly, there are so few people eating there that whether it be just myself or myself with company we can eat in relative peace.

Tired of the poor service, drive through takes nearly 30 minutes for 4 cars and they always forget something in your order. The food is usually good, it’s just too bad the service is so poor. I’ve pre-order and shown up 20 minutes after the expected time, still had a 45 minute wait because they didn’t have it done and they still forgot stuff. If you’re going to order here, make sure you go through your order in front of them at the window, so you don’t have to go back and wait another half hour for them to fix their mistake.

Was the first time I used an app to order food, worked great. Fries were cold and added lettuce (paid extra!) no lettuce on my sandwich . Guess you need to check order before you leave window!!!

The food really is not good. I ordered a milkshake after work one night and there was prices of sharp, jagged plastic in my shake. I tried to call and complain and no one would even pick up the phone. I couldn’t even get through to corporate. I tried to call ever jack in the box around. No one answers the phone. I feel like suing them. Don’t trust them.

One star for kind employees. I was very disappointed tonight when I took my kids for burgers. I ordered a #5, #7, the cluck and something that had a hashbrown on it. Also had fries, onion rings and mini churros. I always check my kids’ food before givinf it to them and this time Im glad I did. The patties on the #5 and #7 were dry and hard. The cheese was still cold if thats any indication of how cold thw patties were. The buns were flaking and stale. Ths cluck was cold as well. I was so embarrassed to ask them to remake the food, but I couldnt make my kids eat dry stale burgers. I knocked on the door and a young man listened to my complaint and said he would have them remade. I knew I should have just given the food over and asked for a refund but i thought maybe it was an honest mistake and they would do better the 2nd time. No. The second set were just as dry and cold as the first ones. It looked like the burgers had been cooked that morning and sat out all day to be reheated later. I was very disappointed. My kids did their best to choke the food down but I could hear the disappointment in each dry bite. Even the cluck was sadly assembled. All the pickles were in a pile and the smallest squirt of whatever dressing they use was stuck underneath. How hard is it not to put each pickle right on top of the next, really? Why is that even an issue? Regardless, we wont go back. This isnt the first time we had a horrible burger from that location so It seems like its a consistent issue. Corporate, this is a direct reflection of your laziness. Ive seen the other reviews your customers have left. You need to educate your Management better so they can train their employees adequately. If you don’t, you’ll have to shut this location down. No one will eat here when they have better options less than 2 minutes away.
