Food was delicious. The gal who took order and gave us good was on a huge hurry. Kept rushing and forgot some of our food and our straws. We went back and got it though. Really enjoyed the food and would visit again.

I would have given this location five stars, but the quality of food was substandard not because of the cooks but because the corporation has changed so many things the quality of the products used is terrible. I had ordered eight tacos and two large french fries through the drive-through Omar, who was workingthe window, was absolutely wonderful!! He went above and beyond so much that he gave my beautiful fur baby,Molly, a lot of attention he didn’t just pay attention to me. His customer service skills are fantastic. Molly has been very very sick so something like this is important to me in customer service reviews. She is a registered EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL. The entire crew seemed happy I could hear and see a TEAM smiling & enjoying working together, I then called and spoke with the manager as I drove back home. I believe her name was Casey. I might have that wrong? I came through at about 1 PM today. I highly recommend this shift they were phenomenal. It is not their fault about the food quality!! Fast food today is not the same as it was years ago. Cutting corners and charging more is the name of the game. Anyone still doing cannot deny this. I have been out of work for two years. DiningOut is a luxury. I will not be back to Jack-in-the-Box at any location ever again. This is based on other locations, having issues in quality of their food. But I thought it was important to give prompts to some wonderful young people That showed up to work today and made my day brighter. Thank you very much Omar for being so genuine for being such a kind young man. You just never know who is struggling and just simple gestures by you changed the course of my day. You brought positivity and enlightenment to a very tough day for me and my household. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS THIS TEAM

Is a shred of quality too much to ask for, even in fast food? No type of sauce on this burger… Asked for ranch and sweet and sour, and was not given any. It looks like the burger was one that someone else didn’t want. I paid over $60 for a meal for my family, and got a meal I wouldn’t pay $6 for. Over cooked egg rolls. Over cooked poppers… The fries were cold. Plus, we got a sandwich we didn’t even order. We don’t go out to eat often, but, when we do, we expect better then what we got. My kids ate the food they got because they don’t want to waste food, my wife doesn’t even want any of what she ordered. One of my kids is trying to give away her bacon because it’s burnt. Quality and a little respect in your work goes a long way. They would do well to learn this, or learn anything. It honestly irritates me that I can just pack everything back up and take it back and see if any of them want to eat it and get my money back, but, since my kids don’t want to waste food, they already ate their meals, so, I don’t even have everything to take back. I don’t think they would appreciate seeing me again anyway. But, luckily, they won’t… I will not be returning there for food of any sort.

Not to be rude, but the lady who served us tonight was high off something. Our food had spit and hairs in it. I’ve never had this experience before, so I had to ask her if she did something to our food, she was so high she couldn’t reply. I’m Not the type of Karen to write these kind of reviews but this was a very disgusting encounter.

During a breakfast outing, the experience was notably disappointing. The order included:
3 French toast platters with bacon and sausage
2 sandwich combos with curly fries
2 tiny tacos
5 drinks requested with easy ice
The ordering process was prolonged because the young lady taking the order required assistance due to repeated mistakes. A receipt and straws were not provided.
Drinks were served one at a time without drink holders and were filled with ice, leaving two of the sodas only three-quarters full. Drink carriers were eventually provided.
Food was packed inefficiently, with each item in separate small bags and handed out one by one through the window.
Upon checking the food in the parking lot, there were several issues:
No curly fries were included, only half-filled day-old French fries.
The French toast platters lacked the double meat promised, and the components were haphazardly arranged with hash browns at the bottom.
The tiny tacos consisted of just four mini tacos in a bag.
The total cost was $63.52 for food that was described as greasy, old, and unsatisfactory. The staff appeared indifferent to the quality of service, leaving a lasting negative impression on a previously frequent customer.

Employees are always rude, they have terrible customer service and most of the time the food is not good(soggy and not fresh), there’s always a problem anytime you get food there and employees will have you speak louder cause they can’t hear you but then refuse service to you when u do speak up. We’ve been there countless times and have been treated like crap every single time. Ontario one is way better and always has been!

I don’t typically write bad reviews but personally I love Jack in the box, but I can’t even count on my fingers how many times they mess up my loaded tiny tacos bro. They are always either not loaded at all, or always missing specifically just the cheese? Like cmon that’s the best part get it together 🙁

Sllllooowwwwww. Food is cold. Long wait time even if no one is there in front of you! Every time I’ve ever been there and it’s not once or twice but every time I have been there they have been super slow. My food is come out cold on top of that how is that even possible?!! Well they managed to figure out how and have done it every time I have been there!

I have been waiting over 20 minutes and have not received my food. I came into the lobby, ordered 4 tacos and a jr chicken burger, and have not received it. What is wrong with this jack? They just have one guy working in the kitchen and one lady taking orders in the drive-thru, and there are like 5 people in the lobby and 3 cars parked outside waiting for their food.

I love Jack in the Box! It is so under appreciated. This location is pretty quick, and the employees are very friendly. I have had some things forgotten on an order one time and they were very quick to correct the issue and kind the whole time.
