Went Friday night, I spent EXACTLY 1 hour here after I placed my order through drive-thru! The cooks (1 fat guy and one girl with half bald head and ponytail) were so slow. The only actual good worker was the cashier, she was great. The cooks were lazy and so slow, I’d replace them immediately. I saw several folks having to get down to see what in the world was going on with their order.

And because they mess up, shouldn’t just try Taking the food apart and fixing it They need to make fresh food period I am allergic to lettuce and open my taco and found lettuce after I ate most of it. Service was decently fast but my burger tasted funny and I tried asking if I could exchange it and they denied me, I tried talking to them in a calm manner but the cook (big fat tall guy with a beard) started raising his voice at ME, I ignored it and accepted my loss and went back to the table but as I was started eating my bad burger my mom was eating her burger and she found a whole hair in her burger. Not to mention there was a homeless guy taking a shower with the sink in the bathroom. All the tables were even dirty and none of the workers even tried to clean up and they were all just chilling at a table together when they could be cleaning the tables, and NONE of them wore hairnets.

Waited in the drive through for a few minutes then went inside. 1 young lady seemed to be the only cashier and was trying her best.she smiled and was very polite. My kiddo loves the tiny tacos so I didn’t mind waiting. Jack in the box could help the situation out by fixing the AC. Was really warm inside the building. I felt bad for the employees. Also the front door slams really loud. But I kinda expect this from Jack in the box. Seams to be like this at every location.

We’re not greeted a family of four looking impatient was waiting on their food only other ppl in there. Waited another 10 min for noone to take our order. Everyone working looked high and out of it. I’ve almost never seen such good quality check on my food from a fast food restaurant. This location does it very well. Without fail I have gotten a nice and neat bag without fries falling out or sauces dripping/leaking everywhere. They are a bit slower, yes, I’d rather wait a minute or two longer if it means my order will be perfect.

Everything is always terrible. I think to myself I’ll go ahead and give them another chance but they continue to have terrible food. Ordered over 12 cheese sticks and none of them had cheese. The curly fries were trash along with the onion rings. The Sour Dough Jack was equally gross. If I could rate a Zero that’s what I would have given.
