Ordered drive thru paid for 3 ultimate cheeseburgers reg curly fries get home and all three ultimate burgers were made incorrectly each had one patty instead of the two that is described. As we live 20 minutes away did not return to location. Attempted to call numerous times msg says unable to complete call for number. Used phone number on receipt then googled location has different number still no resolution.

2 issues. The heat was not working so the dining room was cold.
When getting ice from the beverage machine, one of the pieces of ice had dirt inside the ice cube. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she apologized, got me a new cup and ice from behind the counter. However, I never saw them address the issue. I feel theu should have emptied the ice bin, rinsed it out and put new ice in it.

So tonight I stupidly ordered online from the wrong location. I realized it in the drive thru and went in to ask if they help me maneuver the app to cancel the order at the wrong location. When I tell you they were so nice and helpful! Everyone at that location was kind and went out of their way to make me feel a little less stupid.

Clean and small but it smells good and the service was excellent. No order issues here. Front door is locked you have to use the side door. The men’s room was lacking the toilet covers and there floor was wet but it was clean and it didn’t stink.

Been to JitB a handful of times due to locations. Loved the food and especially they honor MILITARY by their discounts. They are the only drive thru restaurants that offer MILITARY discounts. Will definitely drive out of my way to return the support to this establishment.

The lady who took or order ran into some issues with not having part of a meal that we ordered. She saw how upset it made one of the kiddos that he had to change his order and choose to find a way to be flexible and make it work for him rather than let it turn into a meltdown. I very much appreciated her kindness.

I had a drive-through order. It took forever for someone to even answer.
It was after lunch, so they weren’t busy. Drive-through service could be better.

You have to go out of your way to be this bad at your job. The taco only has meat on half of it. All the cheese is in 1 corner.
