Amazing experience.
My guy and I had waited in the drive thru at the Blanco Rd/ 410 location for 15-20 minutes without ever being acknowledged at the drive thru speaker. We needed our tacos! 🙂 Luckily, we drove to this location.
The manager on Friday night 2/20 was amazing!! He greeted us at the speaker and was genuinely kind and exuded a wonderful attitude. It’s rare to get that kind of behavior when ordering food and he was great!
The tacos were fresh and the milkshake was amazing.
This location is a good one!

Another great example of mismanagement of a business. Today is their 75th year special of 2 tacos for $0.75. Been advertised for some time now. This place was out of Taco sauce and not because there was some big rush. Tried to switch gear and get different sauce. Avocado lime? Nope.. Out. Frank Red hot sauce? Nope out again. Ranch oh no. OK can I at least get some ketchup? Not at all, they were out of that as well.
Ice machine is broken.
No napkins either.

Absolutely awful. I never write reviews but actually what the heck being okay giving me this. No one was in the queue in front or behind me. The order took a while for a grande sausage burrito meal. Then I’m notified my order was made incorrect and a burger was made rather than the burrito. No worries. Then I finally get my bag, drive off as I’m in a time crunch now, and am just disappointed. The burrito was already out of its wrapping and has tears throughout. I try to place it in the wrapper and eat it yet when I take a bite, contents fall out and there’s nothing but ketchup taste. No napkins were provided at all. I absolutely rave about JIB but good gosh now I get it. Worst experience ever.

I ordered a supreme croissant via doordash. I added Swiss and mayo. It came ONLY with egg, Swiss and mayo. There was no American cheese, bacon or ham. Very disappointed

Ordered through the app. When I get there, they are out of the drinks I ordered. No biggie, they gave me different ones. While waiting for my drinks, I checked the food. I mentioned I was missing a platter. He asked me to pull up and he would make a fresh one. It was just a couple of minutes. Everything came out hot. Aside from those hiccups, they were friendly and made it right immediately.

The staff was just rude , not even a greeting. Three staff members and one is obviously management. They were getting the sidewalks cleaned. Two staff members watching thru doors. No acknowledgement as I walked into the store. I walked to the counter to pick up my order that had been placed online and should have been ready. No one was at the counter . I waited a min and decided to run into the restroom . The restroom was dirty, mostly broken and graffiti everywhere. Pics attached. Literally made me just leave the restroom . Everything was disgusting in the restroom. When I came back to the counter a person saw me and I asked for my food and was given a bag. The food was very cold and just had a bad impression and taste.

Where to start?I ordered a junior jumbo Jack. I asked for ketchup and Mayonnaise only. No vegetables no cheese. The girl was confused at only got a burger. I repeated my 5times. She was confused. I got the rest of my order and left to my appointment. Before I went in I started to eat. I open my burger and everything that I ask for is not to be on my burger was on my burger. That included mustard which I did not askscore but there was no mayonnaise or ketchup. I went back and the young girl asked me if I had my receipt. I asked her she was kidding? I repeated my order back to her. She needed to tell the manager. She took forever and then told me that it was fine. I repeated the order again. I got my order and I left. When I removed the burger from the bag it had extra extra extra Mayonnaise. And to top things off They added mustard. At this point I just want my money back!

Arrived about 6:16pm. Place looked deserted so after 30 to 40 seconded i called out “hello?”. No response. After another 2 minutes again I said in a loud voice “ding ding”. No response. At about 4 minutes I called “is anyone here?”. No response. At the 5 minutes mark I was about to leave when I heard someone speaking over the drive thru intercom responding to someone. Suddenly 4 or 5 employees came out from somewhere in the back. Looked at me for a few second before a young man asked “you been helped?”
Had I of been an armed robber they’d of been screwed as obviously the cameras are not monitored and everyone’s grouped in the back out of earshot. If I was the GM the leadership here would be reprimanded. Mistakes are part of being human, but to not have one person upfront is a serious failure of customer service and safety. The dinning lobby was not clean at all. I asked myself; “self, do you dare eat here?” So I got an inexpensive small meal which was perfectly fine. Had I of been the Mgr on duty I would have been extremely embrassed and offered the customer apologies and a $5 coupon to use right then, minimum. Some trained leadership is needed here. ( I live close and am looking for a part time job! ).
Seriously, take a look at what I’m saying if nothing else to protect your employees and property!

I’m had to wait almost 10 min. In the drive thru. Ended backing out and going in to get my order . Stood there another 8 min. After having to explain that I was in the drive thru and coming in , they finally handed me the 2 taco order and didn’t even ask for payments. I then asked if I could pay to the Lady. The real bother was the middle aged Black Lady . She argued. Then just walked away. The guy behind me said ” sounds like free tacos”! I said I can’t do that. Finally the young kid came back . I said I need to pay for these and I did. His response ” We are super busy”. They had 1 in the drive thru an 2 people in the whole store. New Management Please. If you need someone to manage that store correct. Call me. I’ll send you my resume.
