Food is always fantastic, and most of the time the service is. But tonight we had some middle aged/old server who was ridiculously snippy even after we had waited forever for someone to get our drinks. We don’t like to complain but she was so argumentative we just had to leave.

10/10 service and food! I was a little hesitant trying this place because of the reviews about bad service, but I’m so glad I decided to try for myself! Not only was our server, Rylie, exceptional, but we also both loved our chips and salsa as well as our main courses. There was no wait time when we went around 3-4pm on a Saturday and the food was both affordable and had a generous portion. We will definitely be back!

Me and my family went to eat here yesterday and the waitress was horrible. Didn’t even get the food that I asked for it was horrible service and then when it was time to leave me and my son walked out side as I told the lady up front my boyfriend went to the bathroom room he would right there to pay she said ok so me and my son went out to the car as she new there was 3 of us only 2 went out she came out In the parking lot looking for us, she finds me with the car door open sitting on the passenger side and My Son in the backseat. No one in the driver seat and she said where is your boyfriend he needs to pay where is your boyfriend so I got out of the car, walked back in there after I said a few toys of words to her. I called my boyfriend and he come walking out and he told the ladies that I’m right here I’ve been right here waiting to pay. How dare you follow my family out like that She never one time offered to apologize or anything so we left no tip as we should not have because our waitress didn’t even bring the food that we asked for or that we ordered did not give us good service at all and we weren’t treated very well either I would never go back to this pacific place ever again. Their service is horrible and they do not treat people very nice either.

La Caretta on Eastman Road -Stone drive Is absolutely my favorite restaurant in the Tri-Cities. The food is always great quality. The service is unbelievable. Everyone there is so attentive and nice. Margaritas are perfect. I rarely drink these things make it hard because they taste fantastic. We eat here probably twice a week or more and a little secret they have the best crinkled fries around. I’ve never had a bad meal there ever and I’ve been gone here for decades. 11/10 write it down.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. Food was brought out without basic eating plates, which should be the bare minimum at a restaurant. Staff was unhelpful and slow to respond. Definitely not coming back.

This was the absolute blandest Mexican food I’ve ever had in my entire life. The tortilla wraps we’re stale and crispy around the edges. The food was not even hot. The salsa was fairly good however the corn tortillas were ice cold. Definitely recommend this place for Mexican food.
