Management needs to hire more and train better. I get 2 chicken fajita pitas and they’re made different every time. But the did is still good and service is best they can do w their limitations.

Like many of the other reviews, if I could grant this location zero stars, I would. Horrible experience. We pulled into the drive thru, sat at the menu for a couple of minutes, and were greeted with, “Please take your time, pull up to the window to place your order”. This was red flag number 1. There was a car already at the window so we waited roughly 10 minutes to even place our order. Super simple order, two #14’s, curly fries, waters, and ketchup and good good sauce for dipping. Received the food rather quickly. Too quickly actually. First thing I checked were my sauces because it’s a common mistake to forget the sauces. We received every sauce but the ones we asked for. That was definitely red flag number 2. Pulled around the building and parked, went inside, returned all the extra sauces and asked for the good good sauce and ketchup and was told the ‘spicy’ good good sauce was the good good sauce.. it’s not. I know this. You know this. This brings us to a total of 3 red flags. However I didn’t want to make a fuss so I just asked for honey mustard and ketchup. I get on the road and start unpacking the food… both fry containers were half empty and had grease stains like they had been packed for sometime now. Half the fries were so fried (or refried to seem fresh) that they were dry and hard. Chicken was semi warm and seemed to be over fried as well.

Horrible for a Jack in the Box. Waiting 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches when I’m the ONLY customer both inside and out is atrocious. The food was also mediocre, almost cold, with unseasoned curly fries. At least I didn’t get food poisoning so that’s at least a 2 star.

I ordered food from their mobile app. I got to the store, which was closed, even though someone had marked my order as completed. I have not been reimbursed in money or food. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions, and there has been no response for over two weeks now. This is the most disappointing thing that could happen for me. If you want to eat here I definitely recommend not placing your order on the mobile app.

This place is ridiculous. I ordered delivery through there app, they sent an Uber driver with the wrong food, and then after spending 10 minutes calling to get things straightened out, I get sent to the store managers personal phone and since he “wasn’t at the store” there wasn’t anything he could do until the next day. Jack in the Box has just gone to hell here!!!

Me and my girlfriend ate inside for lunch. The atmosphere was rancid. One of the employees had brought their kids into work while they were on the clock. Said children were messing with the soda machine as one of the other employees were trying to drain it. They also went behind the counter and in the kitchen. I thought this was a restaurent not a daycare? Terrible parenting and terrible management/service. Health code nightmare.

They didn’t toast the sourdough bread for my Sourdough Jack. Who does that? That should be illegal. Also, the fries tasted like they were cooked in really old oil that was way past due. The only things we ordered that actually tasted good were the shakes. Oh, and the service was incredibly bad.

Food was barely edible and the dining area was so dirty and sticky. The woman who was working had all 6 of her children there all spread out at 5 different tables and the 2 year old was sleeping sitting up on the hard bench.

There are a couple of ladies who work here now, I think one is Karen, and even when they are short staffed their service is great! Unfortunately the last time we went they were out of a lot of drink options and our food didn’t taste quite right…. Like maybe the cheese or patties were bad. But the ladies who work there have really been working hard.
