I visited on a weekend morning. It was moderately busy, and the food came out quickly, which was great. However, with all the incoming orders and delivery drivers to manage, my order wasn’t taken exactly the way I requested, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff were friendly, though, and overall it was still a pleasant visit.

Horrible service. Walked into the store basically empty just to be welcomed by every workers dirty look. Then we proceeded to order and we are very clear with what we want in our burger, yet, they still somehow managed to get it wrong, despite us being clear and having a good attitude, something that wasn’t done by the workers. I would argue for a refund but honestly it’s so disappointing that such a good place can have its image slightly ruined by their own workers.

We love Five Guys! We are a family of 6 (3 under 10), so order burgers for everyone and a large fries, and usually have leftovers. The shakes are absolutely a must have as well, our kids love the Oreo shake while I get coffee. I like the variety of shakes and the toppings for the burgers, ordered a la cart. The crew here is super friendly. We love going here!

Clean, but very slow and incredibly loud for being less than half full. Got my order wrong. Cheeseburger had fantastic veggies and copious amounts of crisp, green lettuce. Could not find the meat or taste it, crazy for a $11.59 burger. Would trade this for a Wendy’s double any day.

Workers there are 100% the rudest I’ve ever encountered at a five guys. You talk directly to them and they ignore you 100%. They will even look right up at you and then hear you and look back away as if you don’t exist standing there. They will do it over and over again before they finally acknowledge you then when they do they play dumb as if they have no idea what’s going on. On top of that they are sarcastic and treat you like a jerk. I simply asked after the guy called the order to confirm because he literally just yelled out a bunch of mumble not being able to be understood. After I asked for confirmation he looked and looked away ignored me and then said you can’t read when I was still approaching the counter and hadn’t got there yet. With a bunch of other people waiting for the order standing around it was a reasonable response to confirm if the order happened to be me he called but instead of just saying yes or asking me who I was he instead said you can’t read(in question form)? I even said why you have to respond that way I was just checking. He then implied I’m dumb and couldn’t read again. Terrible service and workers which made the atmosphere completely unpleasant to say the least. If you’re picking up or getting to go I’m sure you’d be ok with the food but I would avoid going to this 5 guys at all costs if possible. Hope it’s helpful

The bacon cheeseburger wasn’t as yummy as I remembered. It’s been a while, so maybe I’m not remembering right? The bun ended up getting soggy and not being very useful, so it would have been nice if it had been toasted

The workers are always helpful and pleasant. Sometimes it’s hard to decide from all the available toppings for your burger. If you haven’t tried a burger and fries from Five Guys you must. Remember to ask for the seasoned fries. This location is easy to get to and parking is great. You just have to avoid all the Home Depot traffic. Look for the post office side of the parking lot and enter and exit from that end of the parking lot. I have never noticed this location to be crowded. I think the fries are cooked in peanut oil. They taste great, but if you have a nut allergy stay clear.
