Decided to give this location a second chance. To my dismay, the service and food was worst than my first visit. The value for the dollar is none existing. There were no prices at the drive thru board and the biggest insult was the length of time to get food was far from being classified as fast food. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not eat at this establishment unless you have plenty of time and like surprise totals. By the way, the food was sub par.

One word…. Tacos. This isn’t the closet location to us, but we will drive the extra miles because this is our favorite Jack in the Box. The lady that works the window is so nice every time. And the tacos are always on point!

Stopped by at 7 am to get breakfast. No one answered in the drive thru after waiting several minutes and saying “hello?”. Then pulled up to the window and saw no one inside either. Can’t comment on food or service because I received neither. Lights were on and cars were in the parking lot.

Stood in lobby for 10 mins before i even got asked what i needed in a rude tone, which mind you was 2 tacos and 1 mocha iced coffee i used to work at jack and know it takes 5 mins tops

The Caucasian man( i didnt get his name) who worked the drive thru 11/29/2025 at approx 11:00-11:15 was AMAZING! very friendly and conversational with me and my two tacos lol!

I have been to many different Jack in the Box restaurants and this one is still my favorite. The food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes I have too wait a bit, but it’s so worth the wait. I would rather have a short wait for fresh food then fast cold food. I wish I had this Jack in the Box closet to my house. I added a picture of my ultimate cheeseburger that was awesome. The bun was soft and fresh. I will definitely be back.

It’s a really nice place to eat. My husband and I have to travel a lot for work, and that consists of having to call people so we’re always looking for places to sit down, have lunch, and call people. The staff here were all so nice from the managers to the crew in the back. Everyone checked on us and made sure we were okay. The bonus Jack combo was delicious and just the right temperature. We will definitely be back.
