Apparently they don’t teach staff how to cut a bagel here. The top was thinner than a bagel chip, and as a result, way too crispy. I’ve worked in kitchens before and if me or another worker cut the top of the bagel that thin, it would never be served to a customer. But at this location, no one seems to care.
And the card reader had the nerve to ask for a tip for this staff member simply doing their job. If I’d have known they would do it so poorly, I definitely wouldn’t have left one. Won’t be back here…

I had my order delivered through doordash. But my complaint is with the food. I was given three tomatoes and at least 1 was rotten. I called in early in the morning and asked to have cucumbers added since I wasn’t getting onions and there are no cucumbers. I don’t understand how anyone can serve a tomato looking like that. If you wouldn’t eat it why would you serve it?

Ordered for pickup. The salad was ready upon arrival and the fruit was very fresh and plentiful. However, the dressing which was in two separate containers which amounted to about a tablespoon total. A bit disappointing .

Was craving the Chipotle chicken & avocado sandwich for some time now and unfortunately it was not what I hoped for. The sandwich had egg in it and when I asked if this was the correct sandwich the lady that was preparing my sandwich gave me attitude when I told her I did not ask for egg she responded if I wanted her to take the egg out. After looking at the sandwich it didn’t look like it had much chipotle sauce. I also had to ask for extra sauce and after I did i over heard the same lady speaking about my concerns with another employee. I was very much disappointed in my sandwich! I felt like i was a bother when I addressed the errors in my sandwich.

I usually enjoy Panera, but my recent visit to the Cherry Hill location was frustrating. It took 10 minutes just to get a cup for my drink, and the staff completely forgot to give me the chips that came with my meal. I had to remind them twice, and by then, my food was already getting cold. Not the level of service I expect, especially when it’s not even that busy. Hope this was just an off day.

Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered the steak and cheddar with no onions. It was basically a bread sandwich. The baguette was not toasted and if it had the horseradish on it, it was undetectable. My friend got the turkey avocado and it looked much better and worth the $7 for a half a sandwich. I can get a whole combo meal that includes fries and a drink for less than that! I expect better from Panera Bread. 🙁

Nice experience, for a Saturday evening. I had the steak and white cheddar sandwich. Has horse radish which really compliments the sandwich. Only thing I recommend to the staff is to know the menu a little better. I wanted to get another soup they just were not to familiar with flavor profile.
