So it’s 10:30 on a Friday night and this poor kid is running the entire store by himself. Doing drive thru, cooking and taking orders inside. Took us 20 minutes to get our food. That employee needs a raise and promotion and whoever left him to handle the store by himself needs to be fired.

Dec 30, 2018 got to drive thru menu about 3:57am waited for someone to take my order , no one ever responded so I pulled around to the window and the female that is suppose to be taking the orders is sitting in the office , so I set there for awhile no response , I honked my horn 3 times before she came to the window and asked can I help you , (wow) I asked her are yaw open , she said no thy are closed right now , Damm 24hr drive thru and with this female working there they are closed , I had never had this problem with any others who works there. The picture is her sitting in the office while I’m sitting at the drive thru window!! Very dissatisfied won’t be going there anymore as long as she is there!!!

In the past, I think we could all agree that this specific Jack in the Box was not the best when it came to service and quality of food. BUT NOWWWW, they are AMAZING!! Great service and excellent quality of food! I could not have been happier with tonight’s Jack in the Box run and we will definitely be back!

The customer service wasn’t great, today. They were out of ice in the machine in the lobby. The curly fries weren’t cooked all the way. The floor was sticky and gross. It took 5 minutes for someone to notice us standing at the counter to get ice.

I wish I could give a negative 4 stars. I’ve eaten here 3 times in 5 months and every freaking time they have no clue. I Always waiting forever. 2 times it was just me through drive through waited over 25 minutes no other customers then they finally come out and say what did I order. Seems to be the only jack in the box that don’t honor digital coupons. Rude and terrible service. Feels like I’m bothering them by being here to order food. Very slow to get the order out. I use to come to this jack in the box cause it was the best now its just like Port Arthur one. Just sad this is what fadt food has come to. Oh and they also got my order wrong like always.

UNACCEPTABLE WAIT TIMES!!!! While driving to work, I realized very quickly that I made a mistake when I decided to pull into this store for breakfast. I was glad to see that there were no cars in front of me. After having to repeat my order twice, I was asked to pull up to the window. I paid for my order and was immediately asked to pull forward and they would carry my food out to me.

Slow as Christmas and some of the employees act like there untrained or plain lazy. When you drive to the drive through window it takes at least 3 or 4 minutes to get a response even when no custermers are inside. This every time I’ve been there. Do yourself a favor and go to the next one. Update: The service seems to have improve……..nice people and fast service.
