I ordered my meal and was met with rudeness from the lady at the window she screamed at me in an aggressive manner I paid and she handed my food, but when I asked politely for sauce for my tacos, she quickly shut the window and refused to listen to my request for buttermilk. I had to get off my car to go inside and ask for it. It was very inconvenient for me to have to get off my car when I was already ordering drive-thru. To make matters worse, I saw that she was the manager at that location. I would have expected her to be more compassionate with her customers Her name is Maggie F. I hope I don’t have to encounter this bad experience again at this location.

Yes, I have been a customer here for a while now and I always have a issue with my order but never say anything because I know how it can be working fast food. I went to the drive thru today and spoke to 2 different people and asked for CLASSIC mozzarella stick nothing just plain and still received the Nashville sauce ones, Maggie was the who one repeated classic and charged me with no receipt, I advise anyone who comes here to check your order or dont spend your money at all anywhere else is better even the gas station.

The cashier short changed me and then quickly walked away. I called to her and she ignored me. I told another lady that she owed me money and she just smirked and kept working. So I told her again that she the cashier needed to bring me the change, it took a moment for her to realize that I was not just joking about it. She then went back and came to me with the change, but without an apology or acknowledgement of the wrong doing. It seemed like this was a regular thing for them. SMH! Not a good way of doing business!

My oh my. How can you possibly mess up a prepackaged entree? I don’t know personally, but they’ve figured it out. Egg Rolls so hard on the ends that it was more like trying to eat a hard shell corn tortilla. Like a hard corn shell egg roll huh?

Got the 3 pack as a late night snack and just a little something right before bed to soothe a craving. This was definitely a bad call. Managed to eat one and half. The crunch; along with the old grease burnt smell was just too much. Telling me to bring them back would be pointless as I’d want nothing more than my money back and the gas expenses reimbursed. Knowing how they overcook Prepackaged entrees here to get a little crispness on the product, I’m surprised they have anything edible from their deep fryers later into the evening. Good job keeping your customer lines extraordinarily short! Waiting out front to get overcooked egg rolls just added more insult to injury.

Something has to be done here drug test or better service… this location is always worried about window times over actually customers .. around 2:15 dude forgot my order but charged me for the whole order … either he was high or just not there fully and shouldn’t be working the drive through

Received sub-par food and service at this location. And I really like a few items on JITB menu. After seeing past reviews as well, it seems the owner hasn’t taken reviews serious. It seems the owner just responds to the reviewer that “You” the customer, should always receive the best food and service. It’s a no brainer. It starts at the drive thru and then the food and service you receive at the window. Treat customers with respect and serve good hot quality food. That’s it! The Drive-thru started with a prerecorded message asking if you would like to try the special then is interrupted by the real attendant to take your order. She either didn’t listen or didn’t understand what you were saying. Made me repeat it several times louder and had an additude when asked to repeat the order to make sure she got it right. Then you drive thru a tight squeeze drive thru, that has been the same for like over 20yrs, trying to avoid getting your truck scratched up. Then the window service. You get smaller sized breakfast sandwiches for the price now and they can’t even get quality of that out the window. Check out the hash brown I got in my bag. It was so crisp that when I took a bite it literally crumbled into pieces. If you can’t do better than that, then maybe you should spend the money to fix and widen the drive-thru. Geez. So past up this location and go to Jack’s other place up the street. Probably better.

We went today and originally ordered a double jack and instead got a grande sausage, but since they already ate it we didn’t do anything. My mom went to eat her Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and we found no meat. When I called they didn’t really help at all.

Menu priced items are not the real price false advertisement#5 I go to pay, and it’s not the same price. I would’ve known that I would’ve purchased something else. I could’ve got a #4 for way cheaper, or I think maybe they upcharge you on that one, too. The burger was small and not worth it either.

They need to fix their speakers because you can hardly hear them and then when your order is wrong they argue with you about it and don’t fix it. I did not want free food I just wanted them to fix my order. I left with my food not being fixed. I can understand how my order could have been wrong because I could hardly hear them but honestly I don’t understand what’s the big deal about fixing it.
