We were out and about today in Sherman Texas. We decided to try Cowboy Chicken. It was delicious and the service was on point. The restaurant and the employees were all dog friendly. Our boy “Buddy” gave the restaurant his highest “bubble” review – 5’s across the board!!!

I’ll start with the good.
The chicken was pretty good, yet cold.
The service was fast, since no one else was in the restaurant.
The whole place was dirty from the walls to the dispenser that you get your plastic ware from.
The green beans were flavorless and half raw.
My son’s barbecue sandwhich was partially cold.
I was not impressed at all.
I’ve visited the one in Allen years ago and it was much better quality.
Such a shame.

If you are in Sherman, Texas y’all need to stop by and come to this amazing chicken place!!!!! The chicken is fresh, the Mac n cheese so delicious, the French fries are crispy and fresh too. AMAZING! Before I go….try as well the desserts! The banana pudding was so good it made us cry!!!! And the peach cobbler so warm and sweet!!! Ufff my family and I are super satisfied!!! Thank you!!!

This is one of last fast food restaurants that you get your money worth. The chicken was so good. You can taste the fire roasrt flavor. The beans were fresh. The rolls seemed like they were made in the restaurant.

The meals we got where
– Texas sized garden salad with a side of baked Mac and cheese
– keto bowl salad
– the lunch plate with Mexican corn
– Buffalo sandwich with twice baked potatoes
– Texas sized peach cobbler
We enjoyed everything! Friendly service and a clean restaurant. 🙂 just notes about the food, the garden salad has an over powering amount of cucumber, the twice baked potatoes were just okay, and the cobbler was mostly crust. The restaurant was over all great! Would definitely eat there again.

The best part was the chicken of course! I would definitely go back for the chicken, it wasn’t dry and was good with the spicy sauce. I did not like any of the sides. The can tasted corn and had a weird flavor and the okra was alright! Bread was bad. They had great lemonades for drinks! My bf liked the jalapeño lemonade. I liked the strawberry lemonade! In between a 3-4 stars. It was cool to watch the chicken cook and spin around in the restaurant. The environment was nice and it was clean inside.

Fast, friendly service. Order was ready quickly. The chicken was smoking hot and juicy. Really enjoyed the fried okra, but the twice baked potato was excellent. That needs to be one of your sides every time you go.

I find the chicken enchiladas here are the bomb. My only gripe is that I find this place on the pricey side for what you get.
My wife loves the salads that they make. The side salad that I got with my meal was very good and had plenty of stuff in it.

What a neet way to eat chicken. A huge sandwich for a decent price, a bit high but went along with the size of the sandwich. In other words no deal, you get what you pay for. As for the taste, it sure was tasty but as expected the breast was a little dry.
