The service was nice and the food was good. We went for breakfast it was very clean inside and the manager was polite. Recommended a breakfast croissant and a very good iced coffee. My kid had the breakfast platter that she loved because of the mini pancakes. Only complaint is the leak coming from the ceiling right by the cash register.

Arrived @12:44AM and checked in to pick up a door dash order. They sent us up front to wait for the order. @ 1:10AM we call the store and ask if the order was ready they said they were still working on it, that there were still orders ahead of ours. But they were still handing out orders to drive thru customers that were behind us. Counted a total of 11 cars that got their order ahead of us. @ 1:29AM the person handing out the orders outside had the audacity to give us attitude after we patiently waited for 45 mins and didn’t bother to double check the order as per our customer request.

Ordered an item promoted with a big window display, $5 Jack Pack! Drink, fries Jr. Burger & a taco! In the 39 seconds it took me to select my drink, I turned around & the girl, no name tag, pointed to the bag on the counter & said your order is ready! I asked if the food was fresh & she said yeah! Asked about the taco & she pointed to a metal container on a shelf with about 15, no joke 15 tacos ready for orders! JIB on Spencer next to Firsta in Pasadena! I won’t eat here again!

Rude manager, didn’t get her name some black, fat lady!!! I asked for my food to be fresh, received old food, came back, she re did the chicken sandwich only. When it was a inconvenience I had to come back because they didn’t get it right the 1st time. They don’t use gloves, food safety needs to be in forced. I had to ask them to use gloves…sad…..Won’t be returning, bad customer service and quality of food for $45.

We went today and originally ordered a double jack and instead got a grande sausage, but since they already ate it we didn’t do anything. My mom went to eat her Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and we found no meat. When I called they didn’t really help at all.

I don’t know if there’s new people or someone is in training but you guys have dropped the ball. I can’t leave work so I Uber, I get my food and parts of it are either missing ingredients or meals/sides all together. I’ve called and was told that I can pick it up the next day. The least you could do is Uber it since I’m wasting my money there. I thought I could ignore and forgive but this is 3 orders now. 3 strikes and you’re out.

I feel bad for the employees at this location having to deal with management, is expected more from a manager but I guess jack in the box standards for choosing managers it’s different than other food chains in the industry especially at this location, hope this helps! 🙂
