We ordered a bacon Swiss buttery Jack meal, ultimate bacon cheeseburger meal, kids meal, two tacos, an egg roll and some poppers. Girl on intercom confirmed entire meal. Total was $41 something. When we got to the window. We recieved all three drinks, but the two bags we got were feeling a little light. So, I checked to make sure we recieved all food. The following items were missing: two large curly fries, buttery Swiss burger, and the ultimate cheese burger only had one patty and appeared not to have bacon. We informed them our order was wrong. The girl seemed confused. All of a sudden a young man came to the window and informed us the ultimate bacon cheese burger had bacon and was the burger. However, it was not. Besides the point we were missing half our food. The guy walked away, came back to the window a moment later and said “you good” with the rudest tone and bucking as if he was trying to become aggressive. My husband said yes, just want my $41 of food I ordered. Safe to say, guy came back with the same burger added to bag and a buttery Swiss. But our two large curly fries were still missing and our egg roll as well. We lost our patience and left. We will be calling to inform the owner of what happened. It was unprofessional, rude, and just downright sad that this young man had to stoop to that level.

1/29 Update: Went back today just before midnight and ordered the same meal again as a big believer of second chances. Chicken Double Supreme was fantastic, fries were fresh. Tacos were great. They are on their game tonight. Still on the hunt for Spicy Jibbi, but we will get it.
I went in the middle of the night like 1am. Guy running the fast food window was very nice and conversational, but the food seemed like it had been made at least an hour before I ordered it. I’m sure it’s fine during the day.

Horrible service I just left from the drive through Amber E was the lady working the drive through she was rude.! I’m driving off she closes the drive through window saying she can’t stand these people when all I did was simple order my food and ask for ranch … I’ve came to this location in the morning same service just a different lady working the drive through… she was rude as well I just don’t have her name

My daughter wanted a simple order mini tacos.. NOT LOADED.. as we get home she opens it and of course it’s FULLY LOADED. I called 3 times with no answer and the voicemail is Full, not to mention the girl at the window with the huge hickey on her neck was trying to give me someone else’s order after she just gave me mine I said I haven’t drove off yet I had asked you for buttermilk and you yet to listen so I was still waiting. Like I understand it may be hard to work at a fast food but OMG YOU literally have a screen where it shows you what SOMEONE ordered…

Upon walking in I noticed a restaurant had trash all over the place. When I tried to place my order there was a young girl on the fryer throwing food everywhere, getting mad and just very very bad disposition. She made set a couple curse words. But anyway, I ordered a standard chicken nuggets with two egg rolls and curly fries. She threw the chicken nuggets in a box which is fine but then through the box on top the box almost fell down. I opened the box up and it was just black oil all in the bottom of the box. Like the oil hasn’t been changed too. The egg rolls were blackened as well so it all has to go back to that oil. She just had a foul attitude so when I left I went to the bathroom. The bathroom was completely trashed. There was urine everywhere. Toilet paper everywhere flooded toilets. It definitely will not ever ever go back to this location

Inside loby was under remodeling so just hade drive threw . The food was fast and hot best I’ve had in a long time . Lady at drive threw was very nice and professional in dealing with customers

Went to pick up my order, ordered the supreme munchie meal to get the new Jibbi, and additional tacos…only received the munchies meal, had to drive around to get the missing tacos and (missing sauces too) and the jibbi. The drive thru worker tells me the jibbi is $16!! Pointed out it comes with the meal and he says it doesn’t. Drove off, waste of time and felt deceived.

I’ve stopped here many times for tacos, which are okay, I like them, but today I got a “grilled cheese”. Two nice slices of white bread and two slices of American cheese food product. Nothing else, no butter, mayo etc., and about 5 seconds of toasting, not enough to even warm it up, much less melt the cheese and call it “grilled”. I’ll grill it when I get home!
