Went there for 2 biscuits and a mixer bowl. They ask you to wait when you get to the speaker. I waited for 30 minutes (only because I was pregnant and this was my craving). The lady taking orders accidentally left the speaker on while I waited so I heard everything. She made the gravy and tea before taking my order. It would have been nice if they were more transparent about wait time and that they were short staffed while I was at the speaker. This seems like a management issue because they had a sign on the drive through window about a labor shortage crisis but yet almost everyone in America is looking for part time work? Guessing they don’t pay enough! It Would have made more sense for them to switch to a limited menu if they are that short staffed instead of 10 people hopping out of the drive thru to go elsewhere causing them to lose money. They could have hired 3 more workers with all the money that drove away while I was in line. Also when I got to the window they took my money and then told me they were out of grits. I asked for a refund and the lady refunded someone else’s ticket instead of mine. I eventually said it’s ok and took the food they had ready and left.

“Disgusting” “Granny hair in biscuit”
Nasty looking inside, the bathroom disgusting , the tiles dirty, the walls dirty, the food dirty. I’ve been to Martin’s other places. I love the food I was so happy to run into this one. But after I orders a egg sausage biscuit only I notice how dirty it was. Then I notice the health sheet rating , but I try anyway only $6, got into car took a bite and granny got stuck in my mouth on first bite. Through food out and kept moving should of payed attention to filth signs telling me not to eat there

This was my first time trying Martin’s and NEVER AGAIN!! The food was cold and it definitely wasn’t worth the money spent. I received the smallest cup of grits full of butter I am so DISAPPOINTED.

Their fried chicken sandwich was just okay, the onion rings were unedible, burnt and very greasy. This location is due for a deep cleaning or renovation, it is in need of the owners attention! Have eaten at Martin’s twice… the first time and the last time!

Drive Thru didn’t listen had to repeat my order and the order was completely messed up. Large chicken biscuit, large coke was the order. I received cheese on the biscuit and Dr Pepper. The worst part it was the store or shift manager working the drive thru.
