Customer service was great
Food was pretty good but not the best I’ve had from Jack in the box. I asked for light condiment on my burger and still received a hefty amount of sauce. This being said, it was probably less than they normally put but it was still excessive.
Their bathrooms are quite scary and smelly.

Have been a Jack in the Box Customer for 50 years, all the way back to when they gave out jumbo teal colored balloons!
This was my first online order;
At Checkout, the app only asked for a CC, DC and I believe Apple Pay, which I don’t use. No PayPal, which I Do use??
Coincidentally, there was an Onion Ring Promo, so I ordered a reg hamburger w/onion, and the Rings.
There was No small Double Meat Burger Option, While there were burger extras options, there was No Extra Meat Patty Option??
This which was a shame, since I could barely taste the single meat patty…
You can easily add patties at BK and McD’s, and they accept PayPal!
On the other hand, the Onion Rings, although a little pricey w/o a promo, were Great!! Too bad the competition doesn’t offer Real Onion Rings this good, or Onion Rings period…

Tried to pick up food here tonight 11/30/25. Ordered and had two cars in front of me. Waited 30 minutes for anyone to help us, and no one would come to the window. After 30 minutes of waiting, the line of five cars behind me and myself all gave up, and slowly had to back out of the drive-thru. Terrible experience and no one even tried to explain what the hold-up was or ever got food.

Straight rip off tried to get the 10 dollar munchie meal they charged to charge me 15 bucks. Why the sign and menu says 10 bucks with taxes that 10.82 the girl said not sure they must off up the price. Sounds fishy to me dont go there

The restroom is the extremely hazard sticky smell. The smell is so bad it came out into the main dinning area. The restaurant is very poor conditions. Manager need to do a better job of keep up and do cleaning and sanitize. This is bad health condition to be in and health department need to come out do inspection.

I went for lunch today, granted their food isn’t the healthiest, I was in the mood for the tacos. Now when the lettuce is BROWN then you know not to eat them! I would’ve just thrown them away since it was only $1.50, then I thought I could’ve gotten really sick and maybe even have to miss work. I was more bothered by the fact that the person preparing the food was OK with using bad lettuce with no regard to possibly making someone ill. I returned to the restaurant to mention it and the manager on duty only asked, “did I wanted another order?” as if it was no big deal. Are you kidding me, no thanks in fact I asked for a refund on the salad and egg roll as well. I may get slack for my review, but I don’t care, for whatever reason this location was totally off their game and maybe in need of refresher training(s) or just a little common sense, NO BROWN LETTUCE EVER! (I promise the pics don’t do it justice!)

I went through the drive through about 7pm at night. Some items were not available. I ordered the hot honey chicken and curly fries, my order was made fresh. Very good meal especially since I rarely eat at this place.
