This is how my loaded tiny tacos came out. We also got charged twice for the same order. Unfortunately after a 12 hour shift it wasn’t worth driving back to chance being disappointed again. I just threw them out.

Wanted to grab a bite with the wife after work. We got there at 8:55pm and only one other table was occupied. Looked like they had already ordered and we’re waiting. We ordered and got our drink then sat down. After about 10 minutes or so go by we start to wonder about what’s taking so long. There was another couple guys that were at register and suddenly had bags of foods ready to go. That’s when my wife walked up and asked about the status of our order. It was different guy then took our order but he clearly had no idea what our order was. My wife had to pretty much re-ordered again. We weren’t given any explanation and only offered a free dessert. Upon hearing my wife ask the other 2 people who were also still waiting chimed up and stared they had waited over 40 minutes! It was clear they had completely forgotten the dining room. Suddenly about 9:15pm at this point we had our food. We ordered the munchies box with ultimate cheeseburger, halfsies fries, and 2 tacos. Our curly fries were fresh and delicious. However the regular fries were only really warm from the curly fries on top and were chewy. The burger was good- not really hot though. The tacos were a joke. One bag had 2 tacos with just meat and cheese and the other bag had one complete taco with the correct taco toppings.

We came in late Friday night maybe midnight. Guy at the window had a pleasant tone and seemed to like his job. Just don’t see that at fast food restaurants much late at night and was nice. Food was hot and fresh as well. Very rare when going to establishment late at night. Whoever was working drive Thur last Friday night at around midnight great job! Wish I got your name.

My husband went through drive through around 10p. Order a sourdough Jack meal with french fries and ordered Curry fries. Got home he didn’t have his french fries with his meal & his hamburger was not made correctly. But got charged the extra $3 for the extra fries. He tried calling to complain but no one will answer phone. Didn’t want to make drive back there due to burger getting cold.
