They not only got our order wrong, they forgot half of the food, the employees were rude, and details weren’t taken into consideration. Things such as ordering something without mayonnaise or changing fries from curly fries to regular on the loaded fries. They told us they can’t do that. We ordered multiple items that came with dips, and they gave us two ranch and two ketchup. And when we asked them for a few more, they said that we had to pay for it. The car behind us left because after our order, the person taking orders took his headset off and wasn’t answering them.

Staff was extremely rude. They seen us walk in ready to order and continued their chit chat for a solid 5 minutes before taking our order. Once we got our order and 2 items were missing we were met with more attitude. Someone was picking up an order and was missing their drink and they also gave her an attitude about that. I would skip this one if you have better options. Not enough staff on the after lunch shift, took 25 minutes for 3 cars in front and none behind. The food was thrown together and crammed in the bag. What can I say nice? The drive thru staff was very friendly. It may just be typical service for JIB now.
