Very interesting flavors. I went here on a Tuesday afternoon to dine with a friend and I got the brisket chili queso, loaded cheese fries, bacon cheese burger, and the BBQ pork quesadillas.
The brisket queso definitely looked a bit weird, and tasted weirder but if your into more savory like a bean soup then this is your palet. It tasted okay but definitely not what I was expecting. Typically with queso, I’m looking for something creamy but a solid 4 out of 5 for that dish.
The loaded cheese fries were pretty good! Definitely something I would recommend in the future. Looks as good as it tastes! 4/5 stars.
The bacon cheese burger was top notch! I loved the savory and spices they used for the burger and the bacon was crunchy and yummy! 15/10 burger!
The BBQ quesadillas is a no go. I did eat it but it’s not a flavor combination I would recommend or come back for. 2/5 stars for this dish.
Our server was amazing and sweet! Atmosphere just about as much as you would expect. 5/5 stars for that!
All in total, this meal costed about 60 bucks and had to take a Togo box for it.

Chili’s in Silsbee is always a fantastic place to go! The food is always great and we have always had exceptional service there. The booths and tables are always clean and the floor is not sticky. I hate a sticky restaurant floor but ummmm bring back the SWEET CHILI ZING CHILI’S!

I such a great experience when I went in to eat here! From the moment that I walked in, got my food and left everyone made me feel welcome. The manager Ashley walked around to check on us and was so sweet!

Wife went in to place a to go order with my 1&7 year old. Kids were being kids, giggling and being silly. Old couple felt like commenting to the waiter about how they would never let their kids act like that. Waitress decided to join in on the commentary until she realized my wife was listening to the whole thing. They made eye contact and the waitress I guess was so embarrassed that she had to get another waiter to serve my wife. Do better with your staff, won’t be back.

The manager had a meeting in the booth directly behind me the cook and her talk about judge Judy, and how one of the employees has add/adhd and how she didn’t look like she did. I shouldn’t go into a restaurant and hear all the work drama I’m going to relax not hear everything about everyone including the crap the manager was talking on ex employees. We ordered the new southwestern queso, it was terrible, water had a thicker consistency. We eat at the Killeen TX Chili’s almost every weekend the food and service is well above the Silsbee restaurant. The service at the Silsbee restaurant was subpar, had to constantly ask for refills on our drinks. The bacon cheese burger was luke warm at best.
