I ordered food and received food with pubic hair. This is very unsanitary!!! I wouldn’t dare order again from this restaurant, especially because I have a chronic illness that anything can kill me. Who knows what else besides a pubic hair it had. I should consider suing.

I recently received several coupons in the mail from Jack in the Box and decided to use one during my visit. Upon arriving, a female employee instructed me to use the kiosk. I explained that I was paying with cash and had a coupon, which required assistance at the counter. Unfortunately, my explanation was ignored.
After finally placing and paying for my order, it took approximately 10 minutes to receive my food. When I received it, the French fries were cold and not fresh, and the burger was poorly assembled—it honestly looked as though it had been made without care.
Overall, the service and food quality were disappointing. When spending your hard-earned money, you expect at least basic customer service and fresh food. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Came to this jack last night around 2 just to be greeted horribly the big Mexican lady is super rude ! I come here all the time and every Thursday I have a problem w this lady one time she said it was closed and it was only 3 I only like coming when the little young lady is here she knows how to do good customer service I’ve talked to this young lady about the other ladys horrible attitude so I never put a complaint. but last night the bigger lady she started saying cuss words in Spanish thinking I don’t understand and I completely did understand I do speak Spanish.shes also told me because I took to long to order if I was ganna order or not or i can go somewhere else very rude lady
