My dad and his girlfriend were verbally assaulted by woman a working the window when they went to get my order. When they asked for her manager her coworker/boyfriend came to the window and said “you got your food, get out of our drive thru” . He appeared to be drunk on shift which is probably why my Mexican Pizza was a mess and wasnt even cut.

Terrible cooks all of the food was cold and made wrong in some way. You decide if you’d eat this. I called and was told it would be remade and then told I hung up on the person and they wouldn’t remake it for that reason. Definitely needs new management. This place ALWAYS forgets to put sauce in the bag like it’s coming from their paycheck. Like who eats Taco Bell without frickin sauce? And when they make a nacho bell grande they put a teaspoon of meat and a tiny drizzle of nacho cheese sauce. I love Taco Bell usually but this has to be the wort one in the Midwest. I ordered three Chalupa Cravings Boxes for my family through Doordash. The Chalupa Box includes: One Chalupa Supreme, one Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, plus Chips & Nacho Cheese Sauce, all paired with a medium fountain drink. Good price for the box?? Yes, if you’re feeding a family of rabbits. My Chalupa had little meat & all lettuce. I’m for real dissatisfied with the whole box. The best part of my meal was my Baja Blast. I asked for sauce packets & didn’t get any. Three boxes of food & no sauce. NO BUENO!!

There is a lady that works in the drive thru that has been there a long time. She’s always so kind and always smiles. There is also a young man that’s newer that sometime works the drive thru. He also is always very polite and kind. No bitching here, just thought I’d take a moment to thank them for that. They’re both so pleasant to deal with.
