every time i come to this location, they ALWAYS mess up my order. each time it takes 20 minutes to get my order when there’s barely anyone in line. i’ve been to this location 3 times in the last 2 months and all of those times they have messed up my order in some way even being put in very clear terms. i have a very simple order, a burger and CURLY fries. my burger was lacking in flavor, cheese, and toppings. hire people who care about what they do please. nobody wants to have to drive back to the drive through in order to get what they ordered. jack in the box used to be so good back in the day but they’re slacking so bad right now.

I order a Sausage and Cheese Biscuit. There’s no one in the Drive thru but myself. It’s early so the main bldg is closed to walk-ins. It takes them just short of 10 min to get my breakfast and it turns out to be a Bacon and cheese Biscuit that is cold and the cheese looks like it was thrown on there and tossed in my face. Granted I normally don’t care but the attitude in which these workers feel is exceptable is just depressing. So I ask for the correct order bc now I have already spent more time here then I should. And there response is like here you go with no care no apology nothing. This is a problem that needs to be truly considered. Clearly management is pour. I don’t even blame the employees anymore. Maybe managers should start getting fired for absolutely pour reviews.

Every time I go through the drive thru, the gug with glasses always says really odd things I think on purpose. He’ll say “good morning” when it’s late into the afternoon. Just now asked me if I had watched the news about how humans are supposed to live to the age of 400 yrs old. Cmon man, just give me my food and drink like a normal person

Worst J.I.T.B. ever. No shakes(as usual) fries were gross, and the staff was horrible. When we tried to address the issues with the cashier, she walked off then came back and acted like we didn’t say anything. Then we asked for a manager and an obviously too young guy came to speak with me. Said that they turned off the ice cream machine because they were closing and it wasn’t working properly anyway. I only come here for the shakes, so I don’t really have any reason to return here ever again. You should avoid it like the plague too, if you are smart.
