This location is awesome! I wanted to use about 5 coupons as they were expiring that same day so I was going to do 2 separate orders and I had my mom come in to do the same. They allowed me to use all of the coupons at once and assured me I would always be allowed to. They were so nice and pleasant. I ran to the car to put the drinks down and when I returned one of the guys had the rest of my food and was half way to the car with it. This Jack in the box gave me the experience and all of the vibes of that other fast food restaurant everyone loves, that’s closed on Sundays.❤️

Food was fresh, tasted great! Kinda slow for a noon-lunch time, but that was probably because of a few folks that had called in sick…at least that’s what the manager said. The staff that was there were very friendly and were hard at work. Restaurant was freshly cleaned, and restaurant’s restrooms were tended to and clean as well. Overall, a good pit stop with friendly employees.

I used to be a twice to 3 times weekly customer, key word used… I’m done, employees are rude and also Park at the front door where customers should. I’ve seen em jump in their car a zoom off to heavens know. They are usually standing around outside smoking cigarettes and on their cell phones. I have also seen them almost always lock the entrance and not let customers inside till lunch. Customer should always come first… Close em down or get a new crew.

Everything about this store with the manager it has now is no good. Me and my Ole lady went up there to get food today and the manager accused us of making complaints that we didn’t do but I had made my very first complaint today. And that’s because General Manager always accusing us of stuff we didn’t do and as well she called my Ole lady the b word today twice in front of employees and customers. The lady running this restraunt is unprofessional and should be fired for what she has done and said. She needs to learn to watch her mouth in public when it comes to her job. Service was good. Food was not super great. Typical fast food burger, fries and drink. My fountain Dr. Pepper was more fountain than DP. I ended up dumping it out down the road. I don’t know what they do at these fast food places but the burger just wasn’t that satisfying. I think it is maybe the processed meat.
