I was so disappointed since I love the sourdough Jack’s from here but this location got it wrong. This burger looked disgusting. The cheese looked as if was melted for far longer than make when you order. I received a hard old butt bread and some old-looking mayo. I dislike complaining but when it’s a must.

So I came here late night maybe around 4 amThey said they were closed for maintenance unless you ordered online until about 5 o’clock OK that’s cool is now 5:17 PM and yet the doors are locked I don’t even know what the drive-through is looking like yet but it’s like if y’all don’t like your job go find a new one… I understand you know transportation might be an issue or whatever life events going on but why must you make something so simple more complex than what it needs to be… I know what it’s like working in fast food that’s why I don’t do it no more but not once did I say you know what let me just be a a*s because I hate my job…

Not bad for fast food. Hash browns were good and satisfying. Quite a large size. The breakfast sandwich was satisfactory. It was a nice sized portion but the sausage could have been more flavorful. Overall a nice quick bite to eat early in the morning. Service was a bit on the slow side but overall it was as I expected; not bad but not spectacular.
