I don’t know about y’all but this is the BEST Jack In The Box I’ve been too! The customer service was great! My food came out hot and fresh! They did make a mistake a forgot my onions but they made me a brand new burger and they were super fast about it they also apologized! This is my new favorite burger place !

When I pulled up on my bicycle with my son during regular business hours and the doors were locked I was pretty irritated and expected to be giving a very poor review. We ended up venturing over to the drive-thru and received excellent, very friendly service, learning that 2/3 of the staff was a no-show this evening. You just can’t get good help, except for the two guys that were running the whole restaurant! Kudos to those two who served us up with a friendly smile.

Jack n Box is a go to feel good, feel like I’m home place for me. I was disappointed in the Grilled Sourdough sandwich. It was skimpy dry and cool, not even warm. The fries were fresh and good, the tacos with a special request were made properly hot and delicious. The drive thru guy was pleasant, happy to be at work, accommodating and friendly. I’m certain I could have returned with my concern on the burger and they would have fixed it. I just didn’t have time and really shouldn’t have to do that. For fast food Jack is all good in my book and this location has stepped up to stand above. Good job!

We were the 4th car in line at 630pm and our food was completely cold. How does that happen, being 4th car in line during dinner time? Here’s a picture of my Food Poison Sourdough Burger. Took one bite and the taste and horrible smell had all of our food going down the trash. My sourdough was past its due date and spoiled, and my family will never return but if you get the sourdough burger you might want to check how is made first. My recommendation is to not come to jack in the box and throw $40 down because then we had to go figure out something else and now dinner had cost us $80.

Will probably never visit a Jack in the Box again and that makes me sad! We were in KC for a concert and needed something open late as it was about 1 AM. I used my Google to locate a restaurant that was open “near me” and was directed to this JITB. The drive thru was the only thing open. Not a big deal as we were hot and tired from the concert and didn’t want to get out of the car anyway. So.. we pull up to the drive thru lane. There were 4 cars ahead of us. It took about 15 minutes ( no exaggeration) just to get to the speaker box. Immediately a voice comes over the speaker that just says “We are only accepting mobile orders “. Well we don’t live in the area and there is no Jack in the Box where we live so there is no reason for us to have the app. The worse part was that we were literally trapped in the drive thru line because there was no outer lane to exit. So we ended up spending about 25 minutes of our time without getting food. Worse experience ever. There should ALWAYS be an option to order food if you advertise yourself as open 24 hours.

I have not been to a Jack in the Box in at least 5 years and was looking forward to a Sourdough Jack! As I walked into the lobby, I noticed the floors were extremely slick and slipped several times. Someone get a dehumidifier at this location! Try using the urinal with slick floors and see if you start doing the splits! Bathroom was also missing paper towerls.

3 employees and it took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order. One guy rubbed his beard over a bag of food. Luckily it was not my food. I got the #4 combo cheeseburger and fries and diet fanta. Food was good. But the dirty looking counters and uniforms of the worn workers turned my stomach. I love $1.49 tacos at jack n box but it’s a no for me.

I have no doubt that this business is suffering from low staffing, as many are. That said, the drink was very flat, the sandwich was cool, but at least the fries were hot(ish). I’ll return if only to not damn a restaurant too quickly; but I’ll be wary.
